Breakfast was very limited and the vending machine took my money and my girlfriend’s money but never gave us sodas. Reported it to the front desk and the guy simply said it was not his problem and directed me to call the number on the vending machine which never answered or returned the call. But guy at front seat could have been less rude about it. Also when you check in you pay a deposit which is charged to your card and taken instantly but after check out you still don’t receive the money right away. It’s been 3 days now and I can’t get no one on the phone, I’ve sent messages and still no reply. Why take the deposit so quickly but take all the time in the world to return the deposit.

DO NOT YOU WILL REGRET IT EVEN FOR 4 HOURS
The room was filthy. Bed spreads had cigar burns and were thin like they needed to be replaced 20 years ago. I asked for a new blanket and got a worse one with more cigarette burns. For a no smoking hotel i find that insane along with the cigarette burns on the tub. The floor felt hard as a rock for carpet because of the filth and nothing was wiped down. I felt dirtier going in it. I only stayed in it for 5 hours and slept with every part of my body covered in case it had bedbugs. Too bad to because it could have been a deceit space if management cared about linens and cleaniness. Im not one to mind it being old but I do require clean and non pee stained cigarette burned blankets. Even the window curtains were beyond repair. I work at a Nursing Home and would never ever allow someone to have their family member in such despair. I moved the couch because it was in such a dumb position and the floor was covered in dirt and garbage. Upsetting it was the last night of our trip staying in such discomfort. Especially when we had to wake up at 2:30am to get to the airport. Alarm clock was covered in dirt and smashed. Maybe throw it away. Nightstands were covered in something, I dont want to know what is.

No idea how this place has a good rating... Waiting to check in, two people in front of me were there with complaints - one about misrepresentation of the bed (they claim it's a queen, but it's the smallest one I've seen), and the other with a series of photos to damage in his room making sure that he doesn't get charged for them after checkout. Room is poorly maintained, to say the least. I am not a fussy traveler, and just needed clean, comfortable no-frills space to sleep. Clean - it ain't. Hairs on the bathroom counter, hair clump on the floor, unidentifiable stains here and there. Bathroom door does not close, the latch doesn't work. Shower curtain malfunctions - never seen that one before. Whatever meager cooking and eating utensils that are provided are dirty. One clothing hanger provided. One. Parking lot had a garbage container sitting out with a bunch of discarded couches next to it. On the plus side, the bed, small as it is, is fairly comfortable and, I chose to believe, clean. Pretty quiet inside as well. All and all, I don't expect 5 star accommodations in a budget/ value set up, but I have stayed in much better places for less money, it's not about what they offer, it's how poorly they run it. Would never choose this place again.
