So when my husband and I finally arrived at the extended stay suites, checked in and when we went to our room, it was about 88 degrees in the room and about 90 outside, bc the AC was not on. My husband and I tried to turn it on etc finally I walked to the front desk a little annoyed, I drove about 7 hrs to get there, the guy at the front desk, was extremely nice, radioed maintenance right away, and within 30 secs the maintenance guy was at the room, he tried fixing it, however after about 5 mins the maintenance guy, radioed back to front desk and they moved us right away and only across the hall so we didn’t have to pack everything up again and drive or walk far. It was very quiet, pleasant people all around and EXTREMELY clean…I would totally stay here again….

No phone to communicate with office, but three alarm clocks in one bedroom. Need instructions on how to use the stove top, need a broom and more trash cans for longer term stay. Kept saying pool would be open. We originally extended our stay one day just to relax at the pool and it was green and they padlocked the pool closed. Beds extremely uncomfortable and very poor seating in suite

Close to the airport. Check-in was smooth. Room was large and modern. I didn’t like that they charge for parking since it’s located on the outskirts of the city. So I see this as a money grab. The room had a sofa bed but they didn’t have a blanket, pillow, etc for the sofa bed and finally the phone to the room was not active which is a security issue if your cell phone is dead and you need to call 9-1-1. Again this location is right off the highway outside the airport so it’s not like you could run to the local store for help if needed.

It's like starting at someone's house who wasn't expecting company. There was no AC and no repair after two hours of waiting. I requested a different room which was granted. The room smelled. Everything was stained and dirty looking. Couch. Headboard. Rug. Comforter had burn marks. No iron in the room. The shower backed up water about 4 inches during each shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast lacked variety but was good. The staff seem really nice. For the price it was somewhat reasonable though. So overall we were fine because the price was so low and we were only staying one night. It's in a location close to many things which was convenient.

The staff at this hotel were curt and impolite. The room had major flaws. There was a hole in the wall, Burns on the end table, huge stains on the lamp shade, cigarette burns on the towel, stains on the tub and the F- word was scratched into the front of the refrigerator. In addition, in order to open the oven door , you have to first open the refrigerator. The hotel is very poorly maintained.

The beds were comfortable. The room ( non smoking) reeked of smoke. There were no bath towels in the room only hand towels. We were tired after hours of travel so we did not complain.
