Incredibly chic and trendy hotel, very close to everything, the Mutter museum is 2 mins walk and there are tons of dining options nearby

First stay here. Property is modern. Room was perfect, comfortable bed, not overly spacious, but well designed room. Bathroom was modern with quiet close glass barn door. Major issue with the room we had (3rd fl) was garbage truck at 2 & 5:30 AM. Very loud banging noises as they emptied many cans into the truck. Maybe higher floors would be quieter. Coffee shop in lobby area was a nice plus. Also has a Mex restaurant on main level (separate business) and a bar on the rooftop (also separate business). Parked in garage across the street for $42 for 24 hrs. Would stay here again.

Loved this hotel, the rooms were simple but clean. The staff was so friendly and the location was super convenient. My only “complaint” I wish the bathrooms had a fan for some privacy lol I look forward to staying again!

Love this hotel! Great service, excellent location. The rooftop bar is outstanding. Rooms are small but that's to be expected. Parking is expensive but that's to be expected, as well. We stay here every time we are visiting Philly!

Walking distance from Rittenhouse Square, City Hall and Reading Food Terminal. It's also betweem Market Street and Chestnut Street which makes it convenient for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel; it looks and feels brand new with a great cafe in the lobby.

Great location and parking garage directly across the street. The street is a little rough looking— could have just been my arrival time as the garbage was out on the curb. The hotel, however is great. Coffee shop and restaurant open to both the hotel and the street. Very modern and clean. Will definitely stay again.
