Helen at the front was exceptional. But I was very disappointed with the hotel. Upon entry the smell of smoke hit my nostrils immediately, the room appeared to be cleaned on the surface but was very dirty I took pictures because the disparity between what was online and in-person was drastically different

The front desk lady was very pleasant. That was the best part & I am very sorry I didn’t catch her name. However, upon entry the lobby had an overwhelming smell of smoke. Heavy smoke. Like people JUST finished smoking. Which was contradicting the many “smoke free facility” signs. The elevator worked going up but not down. The bathroom door was being held together by nails. The shower had a slow drain. There was a crack in the ceiling. Random hairs were about the bathroom. The lamp had what appeared to be a blood stain on it & the WiFi didn’t work. Nonetheless, it served its purpose for my 10 hour stay. Wouldn’t go back though.
