Close to everything, very walkable . Can be noisy at times. Huge space at a great price. Only complaint is lack of dresser so didn’t have to live out of suitcase & mattress needs to be replaced.

Stained carpet and crazy neighbors being loud until 1am. They give you ear plugs for “city noise” but there isn’t any city noise. People staying were screaming at each other and running through the hallways, on one occasion I smelled cigarette smoke… there’s no one to speak to, no phone in the room that you can pick up. Overall the room was clean. I liked the toiletries they had and that they didn’t go in the room for the duration of my stay. It’s 4 blocks away from the convention center which was convenient for me, but not sure I’d stay there again.

First Sonder
My first stay at a Sonder property, and it took some getting used to. The room itself was quite nice and well-equipped, and the location was near lots of worthwhile attractions. My room was directly on the street, and it was noisy on Fri/Sat nights till quite late. Earplugs were provided on the nightstand, though. Customer service was indifferent, but ... that's not really what you're paying for at Sonder, i think. I'd probably stay here again.

Cute little apartment
This is the second Sonder apartment that I have stayed in. Its clean has all you need to cook and do your washing. It is located near to the city centre so was a bit noisy but, ear plugs and a white noise machine were provided so not an issue. Will stay again on my next trip.

Wish they had more outlets for charging devices by the bed, but they did provide a power strip. Paint was chipping all over the room, especially on the ceiling in the bathroom and the air vents looked kind of filthy but really nothing majorly bad..

Check in on Saturday afternoon and the TV and streaming system was non-functional. Discussed this with the front desk Saturday, again on Sunday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday. Checked out late Tuesday and it was never even checked and certainly it resolved. Pretty unsatisfactory. The rest was good.

Was in a great location. Alot of things to do with in walking distance. Also other options if you dont wanna walk close by. Was in town for the Football game. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Had a great 4 days in the city. Did alot of site seeing because it was all so close.

Our stay was excellent..A grocery next door so we cooked our own meals..Walking distance to the harbour which was beautiful and fun..Transportation was easily accessible..Restaurants in walking distance.. Would recommend this hotel to any and everyone and stay here again..

Really great stay, very comfortable. I think my only little irritation, check in was at 4pm. Got a text message at 3:45 saying that an addition 35 mins from check it would be required to have the room ready. I got access to the room 45 mins after check-in. This was a bit frustrating, as I was tired from travel, arrived at the check-in time, and really just wanted to be in my room as opposed to waiting much longer. despite the hiccup and no apology for it, great accommodation and would definitely stay again

Terrific aparthotel right in the heart of Center City. Clean and secure, well stocked unit. Easy check-in/check-out. The vibrant local neighbourhood can be noisy at night on the weekend but the hotel provides earplugs and a white noose generator.
