The area was nice, but i will say parking is terrible in that area. There’s a garage nearby that says it’s 24 hours but it isn’t… we drove around for ages to find parking when we got in around 1am so that was lame but the property itself was awesome. We love using Sonder and do it every chance we can find one. Check in is easy with the app and using the phone as a key is convenient too. It’s basically just an apartment you can stay in, so i really enjoy it

The television worked the first day but not the second day. My husband did get itto work for a while on the third day before it completely stop working. I did contact them initially thinking the remote needed batteries. We did get batteries but when i contacted them to them know that a technician was needed i heard nothing from them.i probably won't be staying with this company again.

I really liked the apartment, it was very cozy. Security to enter the building and the apartment was very simple. The only thing I didn't like was the shower because the shampoo bottles and the seat take up space when bathing, very uncomfortable.

Great room with kitchenware. Rooftop was great. Walls a bit thin, could hear people next door. Otherwise great stay. No front desk but communication was easy to follow. Parking is hard, would recommend staying at long term parking in near by target. About 10 minute walk to stay.

When booking sonder properties through Expedia it should clearly state before you check it out or book it or anything that you will need to do a separate verification process after I got the confirmation mail and text from Expedia. That’s Usually, I check until the day of my check-in Needless to say check-in was terrible my wife and my daughter were at the hotel so I checked the email to see what the code is cause usually that’s how it’s delivered but first I checked Expedia code but email from Sonder saying I have to register and my wife wasn’t with me. She was already there so no trying to register my stuff and then her stuff 50 miles away was a terrible we didn’t get into the place for after three hours. Put a damper on my daughter’s birthday. It was horrible. Having a person to handle check-in is way faster and easier than checking on yourself, especially if you have to download an app and register

The kitchen was well appointed & there was even laundry detergent. There was soap, shampoo, & conditioner, too. The bed was uncomfortable. The pull out couch was broken & the couch cushion zipper was broken. My son had to sleep on the floor because pullout couch was so uncomfortable. On the website, it said covered parking for a fee of $25, which is not the case. We had to park at Olde City Garage for $35/day & it was a long walk with all of our bags. We tried to request an early check-in, but that is literally not an option on the app. We got there 7 minutes before 4:00pm & the door would not open until exactly 4:00pm even though there was nobody in that room. I will not book again with Sonder.

I enjoyed my time in the city, and this apartment/hotel was located in a great spot. They didn't offer housekeeping services, and the walls are very thin. But the location was great. Would rebook.

Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value.

It was a lovely stay. Had a little issue with the tv not connecting to the internet the night I arrived but I used the chat in the app and they were able to resolve overnight. Two things would have made my stay better; if I was not on the ground floor and if there was a bit more room or a shelf in the bathroom as there was no where to put my toiletry bag. I was working in my room during the day and didn't feel comfortable having the shades open for people to see in. The washer and dryer in the room was also a nice amenity.

The facilities was in a perfect location close to good restaurants and transportation. The entry was secured, had an elevator, and the place was clean and ready when I arrived. Property manager responsed to my inquiries immediately.
