Beautiful sight from hotel , I was in for 44. Beautiful room and comfortable bed. The hotel is beautiful. Got to the hotel at 4pm and my check in was long and I got my room after 6pm, it wasn’t ready, had to wait a long time. Although, I did receive a $100 credit for their restaurant upon checking out. The pool area was beautiful but I didn’t get in the pool because the water was visibly dirty.

My stay at the W Philadelphia was one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at a hotel. The W hotel was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The design, the decor, the staff, the rooms all the amenities that comes with staying at the hotel. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Very clean and well appointed room with a wonderful view. Unfortunately, it was not ready at check in time. They did provide a food and beverage credit, and I know housekeeping staffing is challenging, but I did not see urgency from the front desk. I was not alone in my assessment from speaking to other exasperated new guests. And personally, I'd rather be given a candid answer and told it would be an hour and a half wait as opposed to being told 10 minutes and then shuffled off to the bar. All that said, again, my room was wonderful, and it's a great property in a bustling location with stylish amenities.

Hotel is beautiful - staff is very friendly Walls are v thin so you hear everything, floor to ceiling windows made some creaking noises, room service was okay - they forgot something each time - valet was an hour wait even though they said 15 minutes - shower walls needed to be wiped down thoroughly

Beautiful hotel and all but parking was a bit of a hassle as expected since it’s in the city. Expedia made me pay for Internet and parking as part of a package yet when I get there, And I couldn’t connect my laptop to the Internet, waste of money .I had to pay additional fee for parking. I’m not happy about that at all

This is a lovely hotel. The room was very spacious and felt quite luxurious. Little things like proper glasses for water, quality soap and shampoo, etc in the bathroom just helps make guests feel like they are welcome in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location is perfect for getting around and seeing the sights. Highly recommend!

Experience was good, staff and customer service were excellent. A few things to note, I drive a pickup truck, and the 3rd party valet company was not that good. No option to self-park your vehicle at the hotel. Had to find outside parking. Otherwise stay was great!
