The property us steps from the beach and has its own dedicated area for guest. The staff, bartenders, housekeeping and front desk are courteous and attentive. The property is located right on the boardwalk and steps away from multiple entertainment and dining options. The hotel dining is above average along with the drinks. Wonderful stay, would visit again.

I stayed here for almost a week. The staff was very nice! The food at the lounge at the hotel is fabulous for breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. It’s located steps from the beach. It’s on the boardwalk and endless places to dine and shop and the staff is very helpful with booking you a taxi as needed.

Convenient and suite room was nice. Staff all super friendly.Bar service was excellent with Ruben bringing drinks to the beach. Raj also vey helpful with parking vehicle. Would recommend staying here

The breakfast was great and the hotel was really nice. Staff is super helpful and accommodating especially when finding you room on the beach as it can fill up quickly! Parking was also easy too!

pretty cool location- very busy when the cruise ships are in. at night its completely dead though with little options for food. we honestly only stayed one day at the beach here and the rest jumping around the island the other days. was a very nice place to come back to though. staff was amazing. drinks are overpriced compared to everywhere else. holland house did have good vibes though and i would definitely recommend. you must go down the boardwalk to marley's and meet ruth though. fun little bar.

Close to the beach but busy with cruise passengers. Bar good and nice cocktails and finger food. Dinner good. It was quiet on Saturday night but busy on Sunday night. We waited about 40 minutes for a table only to find 5 empty ones. We were told they were reserved but no one had arrived when we left after 10pm.

Property is well located both on ‘boardwalk’ & Front Street. Accessing the notable areas of Philipsburg, making it walkable to notable restaurants & shops. Great staff. Always smiling. Delicious breakfast. Very clean rooms. Vert clean common areas. The hotel, its lounge bar & restaurant stands out from any other one in the area. One thing we disliked is that the hotel does not have a designated area on the beach for their HOTEL guests & when you arrive to the beach after breakfast (after 10 a.m) Most of the lounge chairs are already taken up by cruise goers who buy access to the hotel’s beach area & you, as a hotel guest, end up sitting away from the sea. Two first rows of beach lounge chairs should be reserved at least until 11 a.m. to hotel guests. Not day clients from cruise ships.

This is not a 4star hotel. I found hair under the sheets, water condesationleaking from A/C and there was only 5 channel and interent was up and down. The 20 percent offfor food and berverage was horrible. Croissants had a smell to it. The bread was stale.i was very disappointed.
