We stayed just for one night, and loved it. A nice and quiet hotel, with nice suite-type rooms and pool/hot tub. We had a room on the ground floor with a walk-out terrace.

Booked a room with two beds for a trip to see elderly parent in the hospital. Did not have that room and instead was told we got upgraded to a room with a king and a pullout and that we did not have to pay the extra. Oh yay! The pullout was not comfortable and really made a stressful trip even worse. Eventually we got moved at 11p the second night. Really disappointing.

Check-in was easy front desk girl was very nice. The TVs didn’t work in our room. They had them fixed by the time we were back. Rooms were great. Nice little stay we will definitely be back good price.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Aiden by Best Western. The staff have been friendly and helpful. My only critique is the gym, which should have disinfecting spray or wipes available for individual guests to clean up after themselves. Also, the gym could dispense with the water-massage therapy bed and include more weights, resistance machines, or a row machine in that corner.
