Staying cool in Scottsdale
Two day stay during very hot weather but hotel has a great pool and very well air conditioned gym. Room was very nicely appointed and tastefully decorated and the little „kitchenette“ area with microwave and fridge was very functional. We enjoyed our stay and the friendly front desk staff.

Really great stay - pool area was fantastic, location near anything you would want. A great option to enjoy without the price of the resort hotels - but similar feel. Would definitely stay again.

How disappointed I was as a frequent guest here to be surprised at their new $250 deposit required on a 75$ room. Their reasoning “to keep the off-Raff out due to the low off season pricing. First, Expedia once again disappoints me for not listing this in their terms when I made the reservation. Second, Cindy’s response and constant smirking as I complained was annoying and Sam (I think) was a little better at showing some empathy. Cindy’s (I think this is her name) was stern and said no one gets this waived. I sent an angry email to Sam the manager who never responded so I just went across the street and paid the same (with free breakfast and super star service at the La Quinta inn and suites. Shantal there always takes great care of me as I have stayed there over 100 nights the past year. I have stayed at the Aiden at least 50 nights before this last stay and I won’t stay again if they continue to charge this deposit of 4x the room rate. I’m at the La Quinta with my team and we have 5 rooms for at least 3 nights but probably 6 more. The fact Aiden charges more of a deposit the longer you stay is also ridiculous, I won’t choose them again and only did this time because they were $25 night cheaper on my Expedia sale. Expedia update your records on this property!!’n

The room was way bigger than we expected! Everything was very clean, and everything was good for our quick one night trip! We had an easy check-in, and the girls at the front were able to help us check-in early since we flew in the morning of a wedding. We would definitely stay here again.

Don't waste your money.
Went to check in Thursday ,6/6/24. Was told by front desk that they had called me. I had no calls. They then proceed to inform me that the hot water is out and they do not know when it will be repaired, it may not be until that Monday. They also said that as per the manager, there will be no discounts or comps. While this is happening, 2 women next to me are checking out and asking for a refund. They were told no as the pool and hot tub were fine. The women yelled that she would be disputing this with her credit card. Ridiculous. Took an Uber and stayed at the nearby Hilton.

Beautiful room and decor. All the hotel is very nice. Super quiet and very good price. Front desk lady didnt know how to split payment with 2 credit cards. Check in took more than 20 minutes. She was not very friendly either. Check out same problem took too long for them to figure it out.
