Bring your own shampoo & bar soap.

Safer part of town. Started with needing to request wash cloths because the ones in the room were dirty and stuffed under the bathroom sink. Then when in shower to discover no body wash. Went to front desk to ask for body wash but none…no bar of soap either. Very loud a/c unit. In Phx for business but would not stay here again.

This is more like a motel. Pictures are deceiving! Outside our hotel full of cigarette butts. Tiles broken on path. No soap at sink. Only one wash cloth.Good points- Beds were comfortable. Breakfast did have bacon. Surrounding area nice. We would not stay here again.

Evette was absolutely amazing ! Very accommodating and super sweet. We traveled from cali with kids she made check in super quick and easy! Only complaint would be the road next to the hotel is very traveled on. So you do hear the highway. Other than that it was a good spot.

I am shocked with how deceived I was by this "hotel" in person. Full breakfast... more like just sausages and waffles fruit, juice machine.. empty the entire time. Coffee machines were broken. Our ceiling fell in the bathroom during our stay and all we were offered was to switch rooms. Housekeeping came once, thr 4 nights we spent there. Not impressed and wish I stayed somewhere else.

Never again!

Need better customer service… No hand soap, no washcloths, regular light in bathroom very hot over toilet, had to turn off when in there, pillows looked like they belonged on a couch (photo), claimed to have cloud nine pillow top beds and did not! Had something on ceiling with lights that wouldn’t stop flashing during the night.

Rooms were clean. Towels and soap were in short supply in the room even when requested them. Quiet and safe place to sleep. Building needs repairs externally. Breakfast food was fine but juice drink machine was broken.

Paid for our room through Expedia, never will use third party again. As for Best Western they cannot handle a simple room reservation. On Feb. 18 they handed us a key to a room opened the door not expecting to find a woman laying in bed. We were both shocked. Proceeded to the front desk it was late we were tired told them to give us another room. Okay we settled we’re laying on our beds to rest two guys scared the crap out of us trying to get in our room. The door had a chain lock. We packed our bags went to the front desk told them we were not staying give us a refund. Today March 24, still chasing down the refund of $201.61. I was supposed to have gotten an email with refund info but nope. Back to calling. Worst experience we have ever had.
