This first floor condo is fully equipped and recently renovated. It features an open concept living area with a large patio. Lovely Condo :)

Travis and Brieanne’s condo was lovely to stay in and they were one wonderful hosts. The condo was well stocked and the covered parking spot is right outside your door which is very convenient for loading and unloading groceries and other items. The facility itself feels very safe, is well maintained and it is in a convenient area for getting to and from the highway and with regards to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this condo as a rental choice. 👍🏻 Barry 😁

Wonderful cozy cottage!

Great location! Very quiet and easy to get to. Clean with a wonderful king bed. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again!

We were very pleased with the overall appearance of the condo.

First impressions are very important. Everything was new and really clean. Access was very easy and convenient. Very nice neighborhood with everything quite convenient. We had two minor issues and they were addressed immediately. There was nearly everything you need to make your self at home away from home in the condo, soaps ,towels, all cleaning supplies and even a rack of spices for cooking. If we had one down side it was with being older it was not convenient trying to eat on the high stools at the counter. Also a tub mat in the shower for safety would be a good idea If we go to Scottsdale again we would certainly rent it again. Thanks for a lovely time in your unit. Ross & Diane

Such a cute inviting place!

We felt totally at home for our 2 wk visit! Travis was super helpful when we encountered a TV issue (which was really a need for a re-boot; nothing serious). Apartment was clean, love having a washer & dryer. Bed and couch were comfy. Garbage was very close. Such a nice touch to have the lights on for us when we arrived (after dark). Close by groceries, gas, shopping! Centrally located to just about any "excursion" we took. Thanks so much Brienne & Travis; hope to come again. P.S. great to be there when record snowfall was going on at home (& still is).

Found out just how beautiful Arizona is!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Travis & Brieanne helped us acclimate to our new place and we felt quite at home. They are a very easy to get to know young couple. We are new travelers and have never rented a condo. We communicated easily by email & phone and they met every need we had. We are seniors and this place worked well for us. The king size bed, the new appliances, new farm sink with its huge faucet, comfy couch, 2 TV's for our evening viewing and different tastes! We had canopy parking in a reserved spot. This is a very quiet neighborhood and it was much appreciated. I journaled almost daily on the patio with umbrella, table & comfy chairs, under the palm trees, listening to the serenade of the local birds. The weather was beautiful (mid-70's) and in a month, there was only one or two rainy days and only slight breezes. We were within an hour of most places we wanted to see and 10-20 minutes of shopping and dining. Amazing that there so many restaurants nearby. We had friends to visit in Scottsdale and nearby Apache Junction. Arizona's freeway system is awesome and so easy to maneuver. If at all possible with our family schedules next year, we'll be back as we haven't seen it all!

Hi Brieanne. Greg and I loved your condo. It was just as you described. We had a wonderful time and your condo was the perfect location for the things we wanted to do. Travis was so great when I blew the fuses in the place. He came right away and laughed it off. He was very sweet and accommodating. Brie was going to update the listing to indicate it does not have a hot tub. The pool area was nice, but the pool was not heated, so we didn’t go in. The condo had a nice king bed and she supplied towels and everything else we needed. We bought a couple of extra pool towels and left them there for others to use. Having a washer/dryer in the condo helped. Overall a very nice condo in a nice area. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful! Clean and cozy condo!

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself for our visit to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. It was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Great location-we could walk to several restaurants and stores. The condo itself was quiet and cozy! The kitchen was brand new and well equipped. We enjoyed breakfast on the nice patio in the back of the condo. There was a nice community pool but the water was a little chilly this time of year. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Great communication with owners! Thanks, Brieanne and Travis!
