The hotel lobby is nice. The room was pretty beat up and could use a refresh. The bedding in the room was unwashed. The white comforter was covered with fresh sex stains and pubic hair. We asked for and was given new bedding that we put on ourselves. Not much for an apology, they almost seemed to act like this was normal. I paid a little extra to stay in a nicer hotel and was quite disappointed. The breakfast was very limited but not bad. I recommend you skip this hotel. Very disappointing.

The hotel was good, it’s just in a neighborhood where hotel staff said I shouldn’t walk to the convenience store, because it wasn’t safe. I felt completely safe at the hotel and it was clean. It would be nice if they had more options for food and drink. You can’t get coffee before 6a and if you shouldn’t be walking to other places it really limits your options.

Nicely furnished. Attractive lobby. Front desk manager was very helpful. 24 hour shuttle to airport. Sky Train to airport and rental car across the street from the hotel made getting to the airport easy. Some homeless people around the Sky Train and metro station.

The room had a funny smoky ámelo, TV didn’t work I called the lobby, they Said they were send of someone over, they never did no one came to fix the TV, 3 of th 4 pillows stink like sweat, no planning on staying at this hotel again, just to be a good convenience hotel to stay at.
