No staff member at the front desk upon arrival. Another customer was there before me. I called the main line phone number, no one answered. Customer in front of me had notified the staff of a running faucet the day before without a response. Later in my stay, the tv channels were not working. Called tge front desk yet no one responded. Positive note, the short order breakfast cook did a wonderful job.

Under renovation and not ready for guests.
The HVAC for the entire hotel was broken for the entire stay. The first room we were in did not have a functioning ceiling fan. The hot water system was not functioning on the final day of our stay.

We got there to check in and no one was at the desk or in the lobby. I had to walk around and make several calls to figure out if i was in the right spot to check in. After 15 min of being in the lobby at the front desk someone finally came out after hearing the phone ring several times. After i made many attempts to find out how we check in. This was a bit rediculous to not know where to go cause no one was at the front to check anyone in. Looks like it was being remodeled. The room was nice seemed clean. Maybe ill come back again when the remodle is finished and hopefully someone will be at the desk to check people in

Family suite was nice but only has one TINY bathroom. Also, it's a FAMILY suite and there were NO LOCKS on the bathroom doors (2 doors, jack and jill style). We called and got ignored about this twice. Also, master suite door lock didn't work either. There goes any alone time. :P To top it off, a pair of panties was found in the kids bedroom, considering they are all boys, this was a bit concerning as well. The kids loved the Koi pond, otherwise, this property was a bit of a fail.

Ehh, not worth the money.
30+ mins in line for breakfast, all the tables were sticky and not clean. Pool was not cooled at all, luke warm water not enjoyable.

A friend recommended this property because of its great location, and it didn't disappoint. It is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are a little dated but everything was in good working order. Families with kids and swimmers will enjoy the pool area.
