We had a great stay here! The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that we were notified the day before that on the last day of our stay the water would be shut off at 11am due to an emergency issue. We made adjustments and were prepared to be done before then. However, the water was shut off shortly after 10am while my son was taking a shower. Thankfully the rest of our family had showered. I know this wasn’t the norm for them but just frustrating that we were informed ahead of time of the issue and then that’s not what happened.

Some of the staff at check in was not accommodating at all. We asked for late check out and then was told to ask the next day, when we asked the next day we were told it was already to many late check outs. So we had to check out and wait for hours for our flight. Also they wouldn’t let us check in early even after over the phone we were told we could. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we couldn’t be Checked in. So we had to wait 4 and half hours until check in. Ridiculous some of the staff need to communicate better or be retrained.

POOR SMELL when i walked in and i was held liable
I walked into the room where the room was smelling funky and the hotel bathroom was clogged it wouldnt flush. I was there for one night and today i check my account where Hilton decided to charge me for that nasty smell in the hotel and the poorly maintained condition the room was. Very sad without talking to customer i was charged 241 dollars which will be disputed immediately. Poor communication poor maintenace and poor management. If this app let me rate negative stars i would rate it negative -10

Property is kind of run down and is in need of a renovation. Overall was clean and served its purpose. The pillows were horrendous however. Way too soft and flimsy. I tend to expect a better overall experience from Hilton.

We always stay here when I return to my home town. It’s in my former neighborhood. I remember the building of this property. The staff is always very nice and helpful. They do what they can. The pool could be sparkling more. It’s been cloudy in the past. This time it’s better (October stay) but the pool engineer could get the pool as pristine as other Hilton resorts. No matter it doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy my pool time. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are clean and amenities are great.

Mattress is older and hard. No hot water in bathroom for the first two nights of a three night stay, Reported to the front desk and was out all day, returned after 10p and guess what? Yup no hot water for a second night. Told the front desk again and had to ask them to offer some sort of compensation for my issues. Property has been refreshed but feels like they missed the mattresses. Staff in the breakfast area was great.
