This beautiful North Phoenix home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Kitchen is wide open and looks out to a lush green backyard. The yard is inviting and offers two sitting areas. There is a nice Kitchen Aid barbecue for your enjoyment. The interior furnishings are fully decorated with authentic fine Italian furniture and bed linens. A charming place that has an Old World feel to it. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need plus some extra perks like a Keurig Coffee machine. Dining table can sit 6 people comfortably while dining. The living area has a 50" TV that can be watched from either the kitchen or living room. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a sitting area, television, and bath that has double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom can double as an office or sleeping area with a desk and twin bed. There is a blow up bed if there are additional sleeping arrangements needed. Includes cable TV and Wi-FI. Laundry facilities are inside the home with upgraded Kitchen Aid washer and dryer.

An easy 15 minute drive to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and fine dining, 5 minute drive to Paradise Valley Mall, and the best shopping is just 20 minutes to Fashion Square and Downtown Scottsdale. Our yearly spring training trip!!
Our stay in Kim's house was wonderful! The house is fully stocked with all your needs, spotless, close to everything and the nicely decorated back yard with privacy. The biggest compliment goes to Kim, she is attentive, kind and thoughtful. Quick to respond on any question and a very good host. We would absolutely rent from Kim again. Thank You Kim for a great stay!!

Very clean and well stocked. Weather was cold, but we played golf almost every day. Easy access.
Well situated to all highways. Would have loved a kingsized bed in the master and a bureau to unpack in the second bedroom, but those are just personal preference details. Overall was a great place to stay.

A Great Place to Stay in Phoenix!
Our stay at this house was definitely one of our best VRBO - HomeAway experiences! We arrived at the front door at 1 am, 28 hours(!) after leaving our home in Italy. The long trip had been an ordeal, but as soon as we walked into this safe haven our accumulated exhaustion, tension and anxiety began to fade: the lights were on and so was the heating, the house was clean, cheerful, nicely decorated and tastefully furnished. From that moment on my husband and I felt right at home. The house is very well cared for, comfortable and user friendly. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The lovely landscaped backyard - the lawn, the eating and sitting space and the sun patio - is an added bonus. Kim is a gracious and thoughtful hostess. She is sincerely committed to making her guests’ stay as enjoyable, carefree and comfortable as possible. She has provided all the comforts of home, but if need be she is always only a text or phone call away. More than once during our stay Kim went well beyond the call of duty to lend us a much appreciated helping hand. The location was ideal for us: a stone’s throw from some great trailheads at Phoenix Mountain Preserve, a short drive to our favorite markets and shops at Paradise Valley Marketplace and convenient access to Route 51 for getting around Greater Phoenix and visiting its many places of interest. We truly enjoyed our 18 days' stay. Thanks for everything Kim!

Vey nice home and yard, great location
Very nice home, light and bright, just as was shown in the photos. Great back yard with a covered patio, as well as an open seating area. Green grass and bougainvillea were beautiful and the green made a nice relaxing and cool feeling outdoor area. Not at all like being in the desert. The very central location, just off the freeway made getting anywhere in the metro area easy and quick. No freeway noise and a quiet neighborhood. Close to markets and a major shopping area is just a couple miles away. Kim was very pleasant to work with and provide tips for shopping and restaurants. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends.

This is a beautiful home away from home. We cooked, cleaned, and shopped, just like home. The weather was so nice so we got to really utilize the yard and grill. The owner was a text away, so we had no worries. This was our first time renting a home. We will definitely do this again. Hopefully this home will be available.

Excellent home in central location in a nice neighborhood!
We found this home to be a perfect fit for our family gathering when we we in Phoenix for Christmas. The backyard was awesome and everything was exceptionally clean. Great Home Away
Would definitely recommend this beautiful property. Very comfortable living space and the Master suite is incredible. The back yard and patio are perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. Location is close to shopping , restaurants and entertainment. The owner is gracious and responsive to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - four adults and an infant all had plenty of room and would return again.

Great location and value.
The house and location were perfect for meeting our expectations. Great value too! I met a brother-in-law for golf and spring training. The central location allowed us easy access to any ballpark and many golf courses within a 30 - 40 minute drive. A 75 minute drive to Sedona was a perfect break to enjoy some fabulous scenery. Kim was very easy to work with and willing to help in anyway to make our stay more comfortable. The house could accommodate more people comfortably but only two of us were able to make this trip. This will be my first choice on my next visit to Phoenix area.

This home is lovely and truly centrally located! The back yard is absolutely breathtaking.
We [family of four] visited Phoenix for the first time to allow our daughter to participate in the More to Explore program at ASU. I did not book this lovely property until the day before travel. The owner responded to our request to book immediately although she had 24 hours to decide. Upon arrival and entry, my first impression was "the photos are not an exaggeration!" The home is very well appointed and cared for. The owner even provided drinking water, tea, a plethora of coffee pods, and kitchen spices! My children are quite fond of really nice hotels, but they gave this home two thumbs up! It was my goal to take advantage of the picturesque back yard with its great, majestic, perfect palm tree, but it rained a lot during our visit. My daughter hopes to attend ASU in the fall. I probably shouldn't let this secret out of the bag, but we will definitely attempted to secure a reservation at this home EVERY time we visit. Check it out! You won't be disappointed.
