The location was incredible, walking distance to amazing restaurants & shopping. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.

Property needs a good deep clean.
Property is in a great location. The size of the unit is spacious, but it is not clean. The carpets are full of spots and extremely dirty. And the walls and doors are also super dirty. The bathmats were so dirty we had to wash them before we could use them. This place could use a good deep cleaning. The bathroom tub also doesn’t drain. The kitchen is well appointed and has all that you need. There is an elevator up to the unit which makes it great for luggage. If they just really cleaned this place and fixed a few maintenance issues it would be a great place!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for walking through Old Town Scottsdale. Nice modern accommodations. One tiny con is that if you try to park after 5pm the parking lot is full with patrons of the restaurant. We eventually found parking, but a small hassle. Otherwise lovely stay.

Perfect location
We loved the Grimaldi’s penthouse. Would most definitely stay here again. Such a great location, walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops and galleries. The place clean and is well appointed including the kitchen, with everything you need. Comfortable beds, but pillows are little lacking. And it would be good if they had more than one extra blanket in the closet since there are 2 beds. The location is a little loud with streeet and alley noise since it’s right on the street but it wasn’t that bothersome to me. Though if you are a light sleeper you may be so. All in all it’s a wonderful spot and I would not hesitate to stay here again. And don’t miss out on having pizza at Grimaldi’s Pizza just below it, fantastic spot.

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location. Well appointed and furnished. So much to see and do within a short walk from the property. Our only complaint was the lack of kitchen towels. Otherwise a prefect place.

Everything was great about this place and it was well stocked with coffee and small amenities, including toiletries, that just made it a great stay. The bedding, though, was very uncomfortable. Beds squeaked pretty badly and pillows were flat, unsupportive. We loved the place but didn't get the best rest due to this.

Beautiful apartment with great location
Christmas stay. On arrival 12-22, apartment not cleaned. Quick call to manager and it was made spotless in about an hour. The kitchen and furnishings and bathrooms are first class. Walking distance to fashion square and a billion restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a Old Town
Love this place so close to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Good layout with a large open kitchen. Verfy little road noise and definitely nothing from the restaurant. Do wish there was a patio tho sit outside and enjoy the good weather.
