House keeping was nonexistent. You could literally see dust everywhere. Towels smelled like bacon. They left our room open after housekeeping, we discovered it when we came back from the Grand Canyon. We mentioned everything at check out and they took off fees.

Expedia had photos of the incorrect room advertised on their website. I specifically booked this property thinking I was getting a room large enough for my birthday. I still paid the price for that room and go a smaller cheaper room. I have been trying to dispute the charge with the property and Expedia and have gotten no where. I’m hoping my credit card can get my money back. I tried to upgrade to the room I needed and they were all booked. It ruined my birthday.

First, will say the staff was really nice and understanding of my feedback. They were also very accommodating. They mentioned there is a new owner who will be doing a $70M Reno beginning in the spring of 2025. The property has a lot of potential if there was some TLC. However, I think this is the dirtiest property I have ever stayed at. There was questionable stains on the couch so we turned the cushions over, and put a towel on it before sitting on it. The remote had crusted grime between the buttons, and didn’t work. The orange carpet was so dirty it got your socks and feet dirty. Grime in the corners of the bathroom and piles of dried bird poop on the patio. The outside lighting is poor and dim. There are 3 pool areas. The one with the lazy river is nice, but the lazy river is not heated, the slide was never open. This pool area closes at 6:00. The other two pools by the rooms were nice and heated and close at 10:00. The pool bars are limited and the food was cold. There is one resturant by the lazy river, but I can’t give feedback on the quality, we didn’t eat there. Overall, as the hotel is now, I cannot recommend to anyone, nor will we go back.

This property was clean and quiet. The rooms are large but a little “tired”. The location is awesome. There are plenty of places to eat. The water park is clean and spread out so you are not on top of each other. Great place for families with children!

We had a great time at this resort, my only complaint was that we were not notified they would be turning the water off to do some work. It was off for a large part of the day and we had an event to get to that evening. I think a simple notification would have went a long way.
