There were so many different things to do. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance along with great night life. The #1 thing that made this hotel stand out was the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Each team member went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Kiki, the front desk team member, helped me out several times to provide recommendations and directions for the various activities I was searching out during my stay!

The suite I had was large, bright, super clean, comfortable, and attractively furnished. The location was perfect for walking to the Glendale Sports and Entertainment District. I had a very pleasant stay made perfect by the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to everyone (including the maintenance man who kindly showed me how to set the input correctly on the TV).
