We went to two concerts right across the street. Lots of restaurants all around and it’s just one block away from Chase field. The rooms are big and very clean

Perfect location.
Location is great! Right across from footprint center. Valet parking super convenient but a little expensive $40. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was always friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place for downtown- be aware of parking
The place was great. Close to sports and entertainment venues. I wish there was better clarity on the parking situation. It makes it sound like parking is included in the price. It is not. It was an additional $30 a day. I understand that for being downtown. I wish it had been more clear.

I loved that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was wonderfully a good size. Loved that it was very convenient to footprint event center. My disappointment was when the facility is not very well kept. The concrete floor in the lobby is broken. Our room was undusted, the shampoo dispenser conditioner and lotion were dirty and not filled. TV was not working, and the towels left me smelling bad.
