Walking through the front door of this second floor Scottsdale vacation rental condo using the keyless entry system, you will enter a wide-open floor plan. The kitchen will be immediately off to your right when you first enter. The kitchen includes natural wood colored cabinets, beautiful black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you might need to cook up a meal and entertain for guests. You will have an open view of the living room and dining nook from the Kitchen.

Just beyond the kitchen is the dining nook. The Dining Nook includes a dark wood rectangle table with four chairs. A beautiful oriental rug sits below the dining table. The sliding glass door from the Dining Nook leads to a large private balcony. Enjoy the sunny Arizona morning while you sip your coffee or the twinkling stars at night on the outdoor bistro table set.

The door to the right of the sliding glass door leads to the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and headboard, two nightstands, two lamps, and a dresser for your folded clothes. There are three windows in this bedroom and you will get to enjoy plenty of sunshine. Relax and watch your favorite nighttime programs on the flat-screen TV (on top of dresser), pop your iPhone in the iHome to let it charge overnight, and sleep the night away. There is plenty of room to hang your clothes in the walk-in closet.

The door from the Master Bedroom leads into the Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a large double vanity with plenty of cabinets and drawer space, black granite countertops, a toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo. There is also a window to let in the Arizona sunlight.

Heading from the Master Bedroom past the Dining Nook, you will reach the Living Room on the right. The Living Room is furnished with a comfy brown leather sofa, two brown leather club chairs, a wood coffee table, two console tables with lamps, and a media stand. The media stand houses the cable box, DVD player, modem, and wireless router. Watch your favorite programs on the flat-screen TV that is mounted above the fireplace. This unit includes expanded cable service with movie channels, high-speed wireless internet, and local phone service.

The hallway from the Living Room leads to the guest bedrooms, guest bathroom, and washer/dryer. The first door on the right leads to the very simple guest bedroom with a queen bed and headboard, one nightstand and night light, an alarm clock, and a desk and chair. The closet doors are mirrored.

The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and dark brown headboard, a nightstand and night light, and a dresser for your folded clothes. Fall asleep to the news as you watch TV on the flat-screen TV. Be sure to look your finest as you can see yourself in the mirrored closet doors.

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
