Beautiful resort area. Didnt have time to explore all. Only thing is the cleaners forgot to take the trash out and provide big enough liners to fit the trash can. Also the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash was not filled so I am wondering if the cleaners actually do clean the place

Daisha assisted us at check-in. She was so personable and accommodating. It was late at night so we were pretty tired and she made sure the check-in process was quick and efficient. Our room was amazing, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The pool two pools were heated and plenty big. Food was good to. We would book here again in the future.

I was staying at the property because a friend was using their timeshare. The staff was very polite and helpful. However, I was not pleased with my room. The sink did not drain. The toilet did not flush properly. I found a razor in my shower which made me wonder if they even cleaned the shower. The provided body wash was empty. And the door separating my room and the adjoining room had a gap underneath. Every morning my neighbors would get up early and start banging pots and dishes and speaking loudly so I was woken up early every morning. The bar and grill looked like a cafeteria but at least it had something since I had no car and local restaurants were not within walking distance. I probably would not stay there again.

The hotel was close enough to the airport, but in a nicer area. We enjoyed some of the restaurants around the area as well.

Poor hotel service from front desk.
Don’t fall for the pictures. The resort looks fancy from pictures but it really isn’t. First of all we were all checked into our room and within the first 10 mins we noticed the flush was working weird and the door in the bathroom was completely jammed and broken. We called front deal for help and they sent over a maintenance guy to fix it instead of just accommodating a new room for us. We waited almost 30-40 mins for maintenance to show up only for him to try fix it for an hour and then leave and then come back to work on it for another 45-1 hr. We had dinner reservations and had to ask for a new room immediately as we were so tired from our morning flight and just inconvenience from the hotel staff and the room. The manager called to make sure we were all settled in our new room but by then we had experienced 2-3 hours of disruption, inconvenience & lack of rest. The tidiness is below average and they don’t really provide any special amenities. The restaurant is average too. Overall we weren’t happy and won’t return back to this resort.

It was a good stay. The fitness center is nice. Rooms are clean and food options decent in close vicinity to the resort. My only complaints are that the fitness center is not 24/7 and that the walls of the rooms are paper thin. You can hear the conversations of the next room through the walls which sucks if you end up next to night owls like I did. Had I not been kept up by the rooms next to me on multiple nights I'd give it five stars. Maybe just bring earbuds to be safe if you book here.

Property grounds are beautiful. My room (bed, kitchenette, bathroom) was very nice and comfortable. My only issues; the ceiling is so thin, you can hear everything from upstairs. Get a second floor unit if you want quiet and get new adjustable shower heads. At least it was good water pressure. It was very nice and comfortable though and I would definitely stay here again.

Traveled with my family (Husband and 2 boys ages 12 and 9). We all enjoyed our stay. Definitely planning to come back. We stayed on the suite studio. The room had a full kitchen, we went to Walmart that is 5 minutes away.
