The property was extremely outdated and smelled of cigarettes when the property is a non smoking. The furniture was dirty and in horrible condition. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst. The towels were stained and looked dirty. There was mold in the air vent. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Only plus was the staff seemed nice. The area is also extremely ghetto and surrounded by homeless.

It was infested with roachs food roachs at first i thought it was because they had just bomb but then we moved the shower curtain and like 100000 everywhere then they asked us too leave when we told them

The apartments are good though need some maintenance. I didnt like how i felt insecure, so many smokers and idlers. The apartment didnt cooking pots, utensils and inconvenienced me a lot. We contacted the management but never brought us even the cooking pots. Poor management.

Holes in doors, closet doors off and broken, used sheets on beds, drug deals going on outside all day and night, people sleeping in trash dumpsters, issues with check in, would highly not recommend!!

The property staff was very friendly and helpful our entire stay. The rooms were large, and decorated beautifully. You could tell they take pride in this property. The matresses were comfortable and our overall experience was amazing. This is probably the nicest hotel in this price range. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!!!!
We checked in so late because we traveled from california. 11 hours drive. We are so tired to complain. The property is so dirty. Dirty shoes mark on the floor. The carpets is so sticky. I feel like they didn’t even wash the bedsheet because of that. The bathroom is also dirty, there’s no trashcan. They only have 2 towels for the 5 night stay, so if you need more, you need to wash it yourself.

Worst then we thought it would be.
When entering the property there was a sharp blade on the side table next to the bed. At 8 am a member of there maitnaice team opened our door and walked in and woke us up.The tile floor was dirty when we walked in.
