GOOD HAVE BEEN LONG TERM TOO.
It was disgusting. There were roaches everywhere and it was to the point where i woukr not even unpack my items. Apparently it has been an issue for some time since the roaches were all sizes. Aside from that I was in love with the property and the overall look. The people were nice and a pleasure to deal with as well as speak too.

Ar-15 in hotel hell
Worst trip idea. It started with room check when i was walking up to the stairs towards room there was a black male holding an ar-15 in his lap. I was shocked about that. Then i opened door to our place an it reeked of cigarettes..now the room is supposed to be tabacco free. So i went to the front desk an asked for another room. I was happy then i opened the door to it an it was filthy..sock was on the couch an hair every where and the beds were stained an looked filthy.plus the chair looked as if it came out of some cracked house. So i immediately went to front desk an asked for my money back. Thank fully she was smart enough to give my money back

I was disappointed, the web pictures do not reflect what really this property is about. Did not feel safe. First night we saw pitbulls, which later were fighting upstairs, people in the other rooms having disagreements and using verbal hard laguange at each other and there were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. The rug was full of stains and had cigarettes burns. The room might have potential if maintained better but you cant changed the location, which makes it terrible. There was dog poop outside the exit of the building and cigarettes buds everywhere, it stayed there for the 4 days we were their. We checked out and it was still there. Did not feel safe to enjoy the fire pit they have. Too many suspicious people wondering around. Also, people- dont know if employees of facility or residents. They dont have uniforms. A person was sleeping in the stairs of the hallway for two days. Tried to add photos but the program didnt allowed me.

OMG this place is freaking nasty. Never seen anything like it lol! No ice, no blow dryer and the first night that we checked in I asked security if the neighborhood was going to need some well it is right here because I'm on duty all night long lol. But outside it can get crazy. Are you kidding me? And then of course they had to put screws in the faucets so we couldn't even take showers until we asked about someone coming in so we could take a shower and a bath couldn't do either. What a complete waste of money three stars not even close! Security guy with his bleached hair thought he was freaking hulk Hogan LOL! Rent a cop at best and really rude. First time my roommate went in there she was completely ignored well I went in and ask the lady to come out from her office and step by the desk she wouldn't do that. I understand people are overweight and have a hard time getting around but come on jesus? Really? It was absolutely horrible and I do not recommend anybody staying there especially at night. Really sketchy out side off of the property meaning you can't even go for a walk at night. I'm not used to staying in such dumps! Nor will I pay for it as well. It's not what it advertised at all! Completely disappointed. Oh and the couch you couldn't even sit on because it was so soft. That's just the beginning I don't want to scare you out with any more crap.

The buildings were very hard to find. First room given to us smelled very bad. Given another room, it was occupied with other customer, third room given to us was also unmade. The bed linens were unmade and the light does not want to turn on. Three attempts to give ua a room was more than enough chances. I asked for my money back. There was security officer going around but a lot of people still lurking and a stranger approached us even asking for some questionable things.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures on website! The rooms are filthy and smelly for the price is ridiculous! The manager didn’t want to compensate us or upgrade the room! It was my friends Birthday and we went out for dinner came back and their were roaches in the cupcakes that we left on the table covered and roaches on the table and floor! So gross!!!!

I was there maybe 30 minutes and left it stunk. My granddaughter feet were black from the carpet. Watched a drug deal go done in the parking lot. Was very scared for our safety. I need a refund for this property!
