3 blocks from I-60, only 15-20 minutes to the airport, zoo, desert botanical garden, Papago Park, and light rail. Nicely furnished, adequate lighting and kitchenware.

Very clean & comfortable with a nice open layout. The pictures represent the property perfectly. Nice quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. Great amenities. The only thing I would suggest is stronger WiFi in the Casita. Enjoyed our visit very much and would consider this property again and would recommend to others.

Our stay was good. The house is very clean and well kept. The only downside was that the couches are horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. (they were included in listing as sleeper sofas) both pull out but are very uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay!

Santa Cruz property is #1
This is an excellent property, new, clean and the property manager is very helpful. I had a few problems on arrival and the property manager was quick to respond and the problems were solved immediately. He is very concerned about the comfort of his tenants. I will use this property again the next time I have a need.

Great location!
This unit was perfect for our 3 day stay in/around Phoenix. It was SUPER close to the ASU campus and a short 15 minute drive to Sloan Park for Spring Training baseball. We went to the Phoenix zoo and drove up to Sedona for a day as well. Great location for doing all that =) The only reason I give this unit a 4 is because of the bed/pillows in the bedroom. You could definitely tell it had been slept on for quite a while. If the owner changes out the bed, this place would be perfect. The rest of the unit was updated, pictures online match it perfectly and there was plenty of space for my 10 month old to crawl around. The owner also contacted me when there was a street closer and that was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

Quiet and Perfect
Convenient location, very well laid out apartment. Mo has done a very good job creating this little home away from home. Location was great in terms of getting around Phoenix. The house met all our needs for a 2-week stay. The pros are water was hot when we needed it and Mo responded to our need for a kettle. It is certainly large enough for two people for sure. The sofas and bed are comfortable. The cons: Perhaps everyone here needs to buy water as the water is quite salty and has a very high chlorine flavour. It was something we did not expect but buying water was easy as we were very near a Fry's which certainly provided for our needs...water and grocery-wise. A hook on the bathroom door for robes would be the only other concern. But overall, this is a fantastic place to stay.

It was exactly as described. Better than the pictures.
We enjoyed our short stay here. Property was brand new and Mo did an awesome job. Very modern. Mo was easy to work with. Cute outdoor seating area. Centrally located and easy to get around. TC Tacos was really good and close by (you can bring your own alcohol...how weird is that?)

Excellent 1-Bedroom Casita
This casita is brand new, people! It was completed in Nov. 2018 with all new appliances, furniture, a very modern, full kitchen, walk-in shower, an outdoor grill, and a washer and dryer. Also, the lighting is very unique; you need to see for yourself. Mo, the owner, is very accommodating, offering to provide anything that we needed. He stayed in contact with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay, and gave great dining recommendations (Check out Rustler's Rooste while you're here). He truly wants to please his guests, and I can tell he wants to excel in this venture. Highly recommended if staying in the Tempe area!!!
