We just purchased this property and is avail now for the entire winter season!!!!The location is minutes from old town and everything you could possibly need!!The view of camelback is right as you leave the property and we are right on the up and coming Arcadia corridor!!The area is perfect and especially with 2 pools!!! Our neighbors are quiet and local and old town scottsdale is less than 1 mile away, with many fabulous restaurants and bars with many spring training bars right up the street! You will feel right at home in our comfortable new king size bed with new linens and dishes!! we will make sure you have the vacation you have always wanted!

Our stay was a quiet, fun time with a daughter attending ASU and a granddaughter attending GCU. Not the same family. The location was in between the two and very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale. Been to the area for four winters and this would rate as one of the best places.
