This turned out to be the most painful, time-consuming check-in process (took about 1.5 hours) we have ever experienced, and we have travelled extensively all over the US, as well as all over the world.  1. After booking this, we got many emails to continue the check-in process & to pay for parking. 2. In the lobby, we found a robot for checking in, resulting in getting a call from a person referring us back to the email we had received. 3. After reviewing & processing those, we paid $10 for parking. 4. We were then given a space on the other side of the building (about a two-minute walk).  5. That space was taken so & we did not get a reply so after 20 minutes called the agent who had not read our text. She then said we needed to send her a photo showing that car parked in our assigned space. Eventually got a slightly closer space. 6. We received two six-digit codes to get through the gate and into the room. 7. The room is on the minimalist side, but was comfortable. The bathroom mirror was impressive, having dim, color, & defog options. 8. Having lost faith in this property, we thought they were only being provided with one set of towels (a hand towel, wash cloth, floor mat). (The next morning, we found that bath & pool towels are in a cabinet under the sink.) 9. The breakfast is provided in two baskets in the lobby, including a packaged waffle & RX Bar. For the travel-weary looking to quickly relax and unwind, this is not for you.

My big complaint was the notification that I was emailed hours before arriving. I was instructed that there was no designated parking for hotel guests. And to not park on behind the hotel or on the west side which is reserved for restaurant customers. Parking there would have you towed. There is no other place to park.

No one at a front desk. you check in online by email. the email that was sent to me was not the right code. Luckily there was a person that answered the phone to send me the right code to get into my room. There is no designated parking on site you have to park off site then walk 10 minutes back to the hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again. I will say the bed was cozy and comfortable.

Do not book this place! Tons of hidden fees. It was not advertised that you have to pay extra if you want a towel to use and that there’s no parking on site. Such a scam. We didn’t even stay there and had to book another hotel and lost our money. They refused to refund.

Checked in was good. Got to the room, turn on the Television for some background noise doesn’t work contacted staff about it they said they would send maintenance over to look at it, that was at about 6pm at 7pm and asked if maintenance was coming she then said he is unavailable so staff is unreliable…. Would not stay here.

Overall average experience. Unfortunately our daughter couldn't swim because of a perv that was lurking. Not the hotel's fault. Our bathroom door handle was broken. Customer service said they would repair it after we left. Breakfast is grab-and-go, and not impressive at that.

No front desk, no parking for blocks,, I'm handy capped. No valet parking. No employees on property. Rear Security gate open all day and night. Comp breakfast was literally 2 rotten pears and some cheap plastic danish. Now the GOOD STUFF, been here many times under previous management. Great comfortable little spot. Very nice comfortable rooms. Nice location, well maintained property. Pool area and closeness to downtown Scottsdale is a plus. And yes after all my b*tch'n, I've booked a room there again for next week. They rescheduled ELO concert for next week! As long as you are not worried about parking , no front desk, breakfast or the security gate open all night... it truly is a nice place and a solid price. 6

Very difficult to get to room. Upstairs that are very steep and no cart for suitcases. Parking OK. Breakfast a joke, one sweet waffle and empty coffee pot. Robot broken in foyer. Room was ample, bring your own kleenex!

It could be good. Self check in was not promoted and was not well labeled. Items such as in room coffee and TV where either non functional or very worn. The pool was ice cold, so only polar bears allowed. Continental breakfast, sometimes happened, around 8:30 ish. Usually there was someone sleeping in the lobby ( not guests) the breakfast offering, some bars, pears and sometimes coffee. My opinion is this place could be nice but needs staff to run it. Doubtful i would stay there again and feel a credit should be given
