This home is located in Red Mountain Ranch which is a master planned community in NE Mesa just off the 202 freeway. Located across from Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. (A semi-private Golf Course, there are public tee times) It features all of the amenities of a country club with an award winning golf course, country club with restaurant and bar, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, junior Olympic pool and spa. The country club is open to the public so you have the option to join. There are various levels of membership. The best short term option is a Pickleball Family Membership...$125 sign up plus $88/month. Member must be present with family or guests. It Includes access to tennis and pickle ball courts as well as the junior Olympic 75 foot heated lap pool and spa. In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
No parking on the driveway or street parking at all times. The two car garage is available and overflow parking is located just outside the gate within a very short walk.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.
