Condo in Paradise Valley
The condo itself was very nice. It had all the amenities listed. I would suggest they add more forks and spoons, there were plenty of knives. The reason for the 4 Star rating - the one thing you can't control is who lives above you in a condo. Unfortunately that person was quite loud at various hours throughout the day and night, stomping around their condo and constantly opening and closing the patio door. I have mentioned something to the host and hopefully they can say something to that person prior to the next renter.

The condo was perfect for my trip to Scottsdale. Very clean and had everything you need.
My experience renting this property was extremely easy. The owner checked to see that I arrived with no problems and I was told to contact him with any concerns I might have. I found the condo very clean and neat. Multiple groceries, Costco, and Walmart within a three mile radius. Exceptionally handy to most everything.
