Disappointing stay for the money spent here. Ended up in an accessible room with two full beds, as opposed to the Deluxe King I reserved. Some hair and lipstick on the covers of one of the two beds was a little disheartening too. I didn't see the $7 parking fee listed, but I might've missed that. But it was a bit of a surprise. All in all, for a little over $250 a night, I'd stay elsewhere 10/10 times

Quietly, clean, and properly maintained. The only down side is it’s rather far from everything else, since it is on its own campus, but that is the give/take for quiet and safe location. They have a dining commons, but it has a cafeteria feel, so I didn’t explore those options. Seating was ample and the environment was nice. Would highly recommend to others.

Location to the Mayo clinic. Have to pay for parking, no comfy chair/couch to sit on. Had one desk chair and a section of a sectional couch, corner unit, very uncomfortable and only big enough for person.I guess if you just wanted a bed to sleep it could be ok.

This hotel was awesome! Bed and bedding super comfy, very clean room and nice having a balcony. The property was clean and quiet. if there was anything that was worth "disliking", and its more of a preference than anything, was the shower water pressure was a little low for our liking but definitely would not deter is from recommending this property to family and friends.

Not ADA friendly, not patient friendly
If you are looking for a patient friendly hotel, keep looking. Beds are too high to transfer in/out of. If you are shorter than 6', your feet won't touch the floor when you sit on them. Staff will not help you in the evening if anything is missing from your room. Shower was broken for entire 10 day stay. Toilet was plugged first night - couldn't get it fixed until following day. No compensation offered for either. Room door was too heavy to get in/out of unassisted. There are no benches to stop and rest in any hallways. If you are recovering from Mayo procedures, you better be able to walk a long way. In the room you get a microwave in a cabinet on a shelf near the floor. There is hanging space for your clothes but no drawers for socks, or other non hanging clothes. Had to use the ironing board as a shelf. Room has inadequate power points. In the queen and double rooms, there is no seating besides the bed. My 10 day stay felt like 6 months - and not good ones. The shuttle service to Mayo Clinic is excellent, which is why I chose this hotel, but it wasn't worth all of the inconveniences.

All night there were noises coming from an hvac thermostat with a sign saying use the wall unit. They were relatively loud and kept us up several times during the night.

Karen at the front desk is a wonderful asset to your team. Our stay was scheduled for 10/21-10/23. I called with questions regarding our stay and she was friendly and helpful, advising options. When I called to cancel my reservations, to unforeseen circumstances, Karen assisted me again. She was wonderful! Friendly and professional to explain what was going to happen with the charges. I would have given this property a 5. Before we get to that I must say the convenience of being so near to Mayo is so beneficial. Our room was clean. We brought our dog; there was plenty of room for him to roam. Access in and out was easy and fairly safe. One issue of note was the shower/tub. The floor of the tub is slippery despite there being some ineffective bumps scattered about. Safety hazard for any age.

I arrived at 10;00 pm. Staff was not readily available to check guests in or help existing quests. The room I received had terrible drainage and smelled of pets. Staff was not helpful. Just a bad experience was disappointed.
