Enjoy our studio suite on the lake! This cozy 250 sq ft studio casita was designed to make you feel at home. The casita is nestled in a lovely neighborhood with an artificial lake, community pool, hot tub, & basketball and tennis courts! The home is located just 4 minutes from the downtown Chandler scene, close to the 202 freeway, and surrounded by dining and entertainment. We decorated and furnished the casita for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. To save space, we have installed a murphy bed that folds up against the wall when not in use. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a countertop cooker, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. You also have a large shower, 1GB Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN). This casita is attached to the garage of the main house on the property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a separate entrance. The only shared space on the property is a patio on the west side of the house and the driveway. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!
Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Game day
My sister and I stayed there for NFL game on the weekend. I had wanted to cancel, but even giving enough notice(greater than 2 weeks) they would not refund anything! We stayed nights there but most of our time was with family at their home where we would have stayed. But scheduled here since grandma was gonna be with them. Grandma passed and we found out we could have stayed with them, but since no refund, stayed in VRBO. Unfortunate but ok stay.

Sweet spot in Chandler!
We stayed for two nights on a quick trip to Phoenix and this place for perfect. Great location for us. It's a very welcoming little studio in a quiet neighborhood. Best of all, it was spotless, which is what I always appreciate the most. Check out the backyard "canal" if you stay!
