We stayed with our 2 nearly teenage girls. We choose this as we didnt have to all stay in the same room. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom was perfect for us. 10 min walk to beach, 2 mins to kata night market. Staff were great at keeping us informed when there was a flood due to excessive rain (not there fault and although we lost power for over 24 hours, the staff tried everything possible)
Clean and beautiful hotel. Close to a lot of things including a night market and great places to eat.
Free shuttle available to certain places.
Great staff and service.
We had the 3-bedroom room which was very nice and spacious. Came with balcony, cooker, microwave, fridge and 6 bottles of water daily.
Two downside for me:
1) the view from the room was not great - we were facing a construction site.
2) Breakfast was not great - especially the pastries. croissant was salty and oily, danish tasted hard and stale.
The landscaping and the hotel property building plan is quite good. Though the hotel rooms could be quite a walk away from the lobby and the entrance, we did get rooms that were closer than others, so no complaints there! The luggage transportation services and the house keeping service were quite adequate.
Our room had a great view of the lake, the hills and the coast.
The multiple-layered swimming pools are quite good and quite a few activities one could do with the family. Its quite popular amongst the guests and it can get over crowded easily. The only complaint is that the pools close at around 7:00 pm which is not sufficient for a nice, relaxing wind-down of the day, if one has ventured into day time long outside the hotel during the day. The pool needs to be open until at least 11:00 pm for a place like this, especially if one is paying a 5-star hotel costs.
The breakfast is so-so, though the breakfast sitting areas are excellent, the food and drink choices do not do justice for a 5-star hotel.
Overall, a very good hotel which can strive to be better.
Good hotel, price good, rooms very modern. But construction next to property destroyed all vacations!!! Since 8 am, very noisy. Can’t relax by pool, no view how on the wed site… construction view.
Check in not good is ok staff will only speak English even thought I was with my thai wife they made no eye contact in check in, sent a letter out just in English even though thai customers like my wife could understand it when I left no thank you or good bye maybe the worst hotel iv stayed in thailand and iv stayed in over 20 hotels I will not be going back there the reception staff have no customer service skills what so ever

Great value close to everything
Good location for restaurants and shopping close to the local bus stop. Night markets were great for cheap eats. Breakfast staff were fantastic. Rooms were clean and tidy. Could have been some more utensils in the kitchen like a bottle opener and a sharp knife.
amazing value! I loved Kata and the hotel. plenty of things to walk and see. the sister resort next door had a pool and bar with live music. AC works great. Employees were always helpful and knew enough English to be able to offer great service. The breakfast was just okay.
In the center of all the shopping, restaurants (the night market), and a 5-10 min walk to the beach.
Noises from the night bars (speaker systems) can be heard in the hotel. We are up seven floors up and still the bass from the music played echos in our room.
