Great property, pleasant staff and highly recommended. Their payment terminals are very flaky (not their fault) and don't expect to be able to pay with Amex is you cant even though they say you can. But overall really good, great staff, clean modern rooms.

Absolutely love the hotel. I love the plantings and the pool and the way they took care of my room. I just feel like the location- It doesn’t belong there -when you step off the property stepping into a very unsafe street traffic wise. Hard to get to the beach if you’re walking and it’s like it belongs somewhere else in Thailand because it’s a very wonderful hotel.

The hotel staff were not the most helpful. We have been travelling for 3 weeks now and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. They were so slow and did not really inform you of anything, you had to find out yourself. The pools were all clean but around the edges they had put some foam to cover where it’s peeling and that was also coming off. The beach pool looks on to the main road and you can hear traffic constantly which did bother us a bit. The hotel itself in some areas (our room mainly) needed an upgrade. The toilet door didn’t close, as it wasn’t put on properly, there was paint missing and the shower did not drain at all. However, the rooftop bar and pool staff are lovely! The hotel is quite far from the main centre- around 30 minutes walk, there is a shuttle but the last time you can come back is 8pm which for us was early.

Pros- buffet breakfast was nice, staff highly attentive, free shuttle service throughout the day. Ramp access options, elevators, kids club, multiple pools. Quiet property at night. Beds are nice. Bottles of water provided every day in the room. Con- rooms need a deep clean and maintenance done. AC temps have to be changed from reception, but far out of Patong but we didn't mind that (10min from the hustle and bustle of it all)

When we arrived to the hotel there was luggage everywhere, a guy in only his underwear at the bar and people laying/sleeping on the couches. When we got our hotel room the fridge didn’t work and there were so many tiny bugs all over the floor. We called the front desk asking for a different room. They said they would call us back but never did. We checked out the pool but while walking there there were half eaten slices of pizza on the ground. The only thing I did like was the hotel breakfast.

This is more of a 4 Star than a 5 Star. The Grand two bed suite was good, but a few marks on the walls and limescale in the bathrooms let it down. There is also no door between the master bedroom and bathroom, so there is not alot of privacy. The staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant and I had an amazing massage in the spa.

The staff were amazing, but i would not class this as a 5 star hotel unfortunately. the room had a damp smell & bed frame had small insects. housekeeping were amazing at keeping the room tidy & the staff were extremely helpful! the swimming pools at the hotel look very unkempt. it is in a good location as it is close to nightlife / restaurants & the beach
