Bathroom floor was not clean. The AC vents were not clean. When we were having breakfast at the floor “P”: 1) The fabric napkin was not clean. 2) Even when the buffet time frame was from 6:00 am till 10:00 am, at 9:00 am they did not refill the trays. If you want something, you need to request it, and they bring it directly to your table. The service was terrible at the dinner time in the same floor

Wonderful staff. Room is clean. 2 small issues 1. The food at the hotel was not great. 2. The shower/tube was a step up of about 2 and 1/2 feet. I am not young anymore and stepping down that far to get out of a wet shower felt sketchy.
