Front desk person at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet but had a very musty odor when we arrived. Tub in the bathroom had rust stains and the stopper was broken and lying in the tub.

The place was ok, the breakfast was good. The thing that was unsatisfactory was the shower was very slippery, being 2 senior citizens we almost fell. Also there was very limited toiletries. Only one was able to wash their hair. overall I give it a 7 out of 10.

Excellent guest service , the only thing the dining area is always being closed way ahead of time 30 minutes prior to it’s end time been staying there for 3 years for the convenience of having everything close by just the breakfast being picked up removed to early it’s a small area basic food toast yogurts waffles no hot food is offered so I think they can wait for the actual end time and the lady that picks up the food is just standing there looking at you and everything you are grabbing and eating intimidating you I have worked in hotel kitchens where I actually serve hot breakfast food and our policy is to always wait till the end time to start picking up the breakfast area and do not stand around intimidating or rushing people. the room service no shampoo no soap no lotion being offered because apparently they ran out they could only provide 1 tiny bar soap because the cleaning lady said she had ran out since a couple days back proper training and etiquette with their workers is needed but other that everything was fine
