It’s on the strip in Pigeon Forge, you know how it’s gonna be. Room was actually quiet and clean. Everything worked. Check in was lightning fast.

Needs improvement
Room did not have any washcloths. Also had to get clean towels. The bed was very uncomfortable. There needs to be electrical outlets near the bed as we had to run phone cord across the room. No phone in the room. No coffee pot, although we had coffee. No ice bucket. No sleep due to excessive noise.

Drawbacks: Property is very old, not well maintained. microwave not functioning, intercom phone not working, some odd smoking smell in room and common walking areas so had to open my room for sometime to let fresh air in. Pros: Good at the price it was offered and based on its location. Beds and Linen are good so not bad for staying and resting in one day short trips. All city attractions are very close. Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains Townsend entry are close drive. So overall its ok. Little improvement in property basic maintenance and staffing will make it perfect.

The place needed a massive renovation. When we went in there was poop in the commode

Awful experience
There should be an option below terrible for cleanliness. Bugs on the curtain, walls, ceiling, tub. And when we checked out, the two couples in front of us was telling the clerk the same as we encountered. The clerk acted as though it was normal. Very disappointing!

The deadbolt for the door would not work. The secondary latch at the top of the door was not mounted properly, therefore it was pointless. There was a massive gap between the door and the floor. The tub had holes in it and would not drain. The toilet seat was not mounted to the toilet. There was a hole where the toilet paper holder should be. When I told the front desk about the deadbolt issue they did not seem like it was that big of an issue. The room itself seemed a little updated and seemed clean.
