Check in took over a hour, clerk even went out to her car and on phone. I believe she was communicating with other staff but she never addressed that or why she lost walked off. We thought she may have just quit. Then we got to room and bed bugs. Room was not very clean at all.

The hotel is very rundown. The microwave does not work in the room we had. The refrigerator was leaking and when we walked in the bathroom has water bugs or roaches on the sink. And when you try to call the hotel you constantly get a busy signal.

Coffeemaker in the room didn't work, blow drier didn't work, half of the lights were not working, clothes iron was missing. Room was bioled for 3 people for 5 days we were given 1 bath towel, half of a roll of bathroom tissue, 1 packet of coffee and no cups. Went to the office asked about breakfast they said they only offer coffee, when I came to get coffee sonce Coffeemaker in the room didn't work, coffee on the labby was cold, still from previous day. When I asked if they have more, they said they person who makes ain't up yet... it was almost 10 am.

I stood in line for check in for an hour and a half!!! They had one clerk working and she was extremely slow and had no desire to be there. When help finally arrived, the clerk gave my license to another gentleman and he left!!!

Stay away. Rude people at the desk. They charged my card 3 times and refused a refund before I even checked in. Hotels.com was amazing in handling the situation but this place isn't worth the headache. Watched a mouse run through the lobby as we walked in

We needed just a room to sleep in. Deadbolt did not work. We had to ask for toilet paper. We also had to put down a deposit. It takes over a week to get it back. The price per night was very reasonable. Like I said before, just a room to sleep in for a couple of nights.

320 has roaches bad no iron but has ironing board tho so kinda pointless 321 has a huge hole in the mattress 318 has no fridge no hair dryer that works shower head dosent work correctly will flood the bathroom floor had to go to front office to gett remote for both rooms for TV then go outside on balcony and im watching people that just checked in checking out because they atesaying they have bed bugs wyndam needs to remove its name from this place and I would love a full refund plus my deposit deposit back
