The room was just about unusable. Shower was busted, toilet was broken, no chairs, no where to hang clothes,no towel racks, was to have been handicap accessible, it was not. We left a day early to find other accommodations.The worst experience in many years of travel.

Dirty dirty dirty to say the least. Long black nasty hair all over the top of bedding. Roaches and bugs everywhere. Shower head would work amazing if you were 2ft tall. Toilet ran continuously. Had 2 pool towels and one washcloth for 8 day stay which I left early. Had to fight off a crack head while I was on a FT call sitting outside my door. Front desk didn’t care told me to call the cops if he came back. Run down and needs new management. Pictures on hotel sights look NOTHING LIKE this property. Don’t waste your time, money ir safety on this place!!!!!

The beds were horrible VERY uncomfortable!!! There were no towels, hand towels, or wash clothes. No shampoo, conditioner or soap. Toilet was leaking.

Yes there was shops but when i went to check in the hotel wanted to charge $75 which wasnt mentioned when we book so didnt bring enough money for hotel+ food + attractions

So we first got there and there’s at least five people in the lobby canceling their reservation. RED FLAG # 1. So there’s no parking upfront and we had to park in the parking garage. There’s graffiti all over the garage and a broken down couch and dust im assuming from the flood. Red Flag number 2. We get inside our hotel room. It’s dark the area is sketchy in general. The deadbolt won’t lock and the back of it where the batteries go came off but that’s no big deal that happens. Deadbolt doesn’t happen though. There’s tape covering a light switch because it’s broke?, stains on the sheet. We go in there talk to the guy, the first guy not sure of his name was extremely helpful got us moved in another room and got us towels. Cops arrested someone in parking lot and was wild yelling. Red flag 3. My other guest comes in to tell me the next morning that there’s no shower head. We told staff around 12pm they tell us no big deal they’ll get it taken care of. So we go enjoy our day get back around 9pm that night and they still hadn’t fixed it and we go to talk to them.The key to the door won’t work we had to go and get another key. They agree to move the guest to another room and then we waited another hour before they ever done anything. The tv in this room never ended up working. The place is falling apart the room we moved to the door in the bathroom is coming off the hinges and won’t work and one of our beds was broken and moved side to side. This was one of the worst places.

Great location since we were in walking distance of Island and LeConte Center Would not stay there again Very outdated ...desperately needed painted - walls,doors, pool area Furniture was broken and very worn - handle hanging off night stand. Missing switchplate on light switch, missing cover for batteries for door lock. Felt unsafe with no inside latch to lock door while inside. Did not tell us at time of checkin that we needed to request to have room cleaned. We did request for next day to be clean but it was not. - we had to go down and get towels

When we checked in and went to our room it was terrible look like housekeeping didn’t even bother cleaning the room . We just left and went somewhere else . Here are the pictures of the room . I would like to get my money back .

The man at the desk was super friendly and helpful. However, the first room (on the first floor) we were given had roaches. He moved up to another room on the third floor. It didn’t have any bugs, but it was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom. Dirt in every corner, and trash on top of the refrigerator. We stayed the 4 nights that we had booked, and never got clean towels or any housekeeping. I learned my lesson on reading reviews before I book!

The property was in ruins. The room was not clean still had cup rings left on the tables from previous tenants, mold on the walls in the bathroom and area where sink is located, found a empty liquor bottle under one of the mattresses when lifted up to check for bugs, the door to outside you had to slam shut to get it to close and the lock on top of door was broken completely off so no added extra security, property grounds were not kept up trash all along the walk paths to rooms and stair wells. I did not even go to check out the pool area but who would after seeing what was going on in the room. I would never recommend anyone to ever stay here, totally disgusting. I think that someone from corporate needs to come see the state of the whole place and do a complete overhaul of the whole place.
