This is by far THE WORST hotel I have ever entered! I can not believe this is a Wyndham hotel. I checked the ratings quickly, we decided to stay last minute and wanted something cheap but clean. They had an overall bad rating but the last thirty days seemed to be better and I was not expecting a five star hotel but since it was a Wyndham, I assumed it would at least be clean. As soon as I booked through third party, I got a text from the hotel asking me to pre check in. I put my debit card in for incidentals and my license for check in. When we got to the hotel, he asked for my debit card and license. I told him I already did the pre check in and had already sent them. He said they didn't have pre check in so I had to give them to him again. We went to our room, the whole door lock was dangling on the back side of the door. The extra flip lock had been busted off. It looked as though the door had been kicked in. There was a loud beeping sound as soon as we entered the room. I went to the sink to wash my hands and there were several bugs. The alarm started going off in the room saying Carbon Monoxide detected please evacuate. I was going to call the front desk but there was no phone in the room. We got all of our stuff, walked to the lobby and there was no one there working. There were two couples there also trying to get a refund so they could leave. Their rooms also had bugs and stains on the bedding. Apparently the worker had left the premises with no one in the lobby.

Absolutely horrible experience! Our bed had beg bugs and we ended up having to check out at 1:30am and drive home. Almost a week later I’m still applying medication to my bites. This place needs to be burned down!

The room looked clean enough, I guess but BEDBUGS. When we left the guy at the desk kind of laughed, so I guess he was use to the complaint. No offering to make the situation right. Nothing could have made it right. All I can say is never and I mean never stay there.

Thankfully only needed a room for one night. Linens, bed and pillows were fine. No problem with insects of any kind. Doors locked fine. Only issue was no shower head so that made it a little difficult.

Only nice staff was Marley who worked nights. The 1st room was crawling with bugs, 2nd room stains and uncleaned 3rd room was ok just needed swept and mopped and new linen on 1 bed (stains so played it safe). Couldn’t switch hotels wasn’t one available. Microwave was broke, air went out next day and the nice maintenance man got yelled at a lot!

This is the absolute worst place we have ever stayed in!! Our room was INFESTED with roaches! Air conditioner was held up by a brick. Mold in the bathroom around top of shower. Moved to another room, that room was merely box spring bed with metal frame. Will never recommend or stay here again!! Extremely disappointed! And, booking through Expedia was higher than just booking through the hotel itself!

Short getaway

Hotel was in a good area and the staff was nice and accommodating. We were booked for a king room, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work in that part of the property. They moved us to a queen room with working Wi-Fi. The king room was nice and cozy. Parking was not very convenient and the pool was already closed for the season, but it did look a little sketchy. Our queen room was large in the bed was comfortable, but we had to ask for towels. All in all we would stay there again.

Our bathtub had a crack in it and the shower head & the faucet was coming off in mine and my fiancé’s room. The other room we had with us the door was hard to open & his tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so he could turn on the tv & his heat didn’t work

When we arrived there was a guest complaining about the room being dirty with pictures i thought well that happens from time to time then we got to our room. It was bad there were 5 bugs on the cieling 1 on the wall that looked like a roach. No comforters on beds the stand was pulled away from the wall mold on the wall and curtain sink had not been cleaned the pool was not safe should have been drained weeks before from the looks of it had green clouds in it. There was trash piled in the room that used to be the breakfast area bags torn open and piled high the walk ways were in bad disrepair and falling apart and dirty trash cans were overflowing. We immediately went back down to get a refund and there was a line if 3 other couples with simmilar issues so we waited in line and they all left to find a different hotel in the 45 minutes that we were there there was 5 customers including us that found this place disgusting. The only thing i can say is they didnt give any hassle on approving our refund thru our 3rd party booking site.

Best thing about this hotel is the quick walk to the Island. It was in need of remodels and was not very clean ( unsure if it had really been cleaned prior to the people before). Floors were nasty. Very thanks for bringing other socks. Would not stay here again unless no other option and would not pay more then $40 to stay there.

When arriving the front desk lady was cussing out her coworker. The lights didn’t work over the sink , there was no tv remote , we requested a remote and it never came , we couldn’t call from the room because the phone didn’t work. Tried calling from our cell but the office didn’t answer . There was blood on the back of the bathroom door and water damage it looked like it had been salvaged from a flood . The air conditioner wouldn’t go above 60, the bathroom linens were gross . The bed linens were thin. The bed makes loud noises when you move , it sounds like someone rolling a bowling ball down a fire escape. Needs to be completely remodeled and linens replaced. We expected more from a Wyndham .
