STAY AWAY!!! I wouldn't have even given it a 1 star rating if I could. We weren't expecting the Ritz-Carlton but a decent night stay would have been nice. We checked in with 4 people and the reservation stated as such. There was a single washcloth and 3 towels for 4 people. When we went to call down to the front desk we discovered that a lightbulb was burnt out and the phone cord was frayed so bad that it didnt work.

I don’t really know how to put this, but it was almost like false advertising. The pictures online looked 1000x better than it does in person. The stay wasn’t bad but don’t get your hopes up if you think your stay will be luxurious. But what do you expect with the price, ya know? FYI they also hold 75 dollars in case of damages and you won’t get your money back up to ten business days.

It was horrible the lights inside didn’t work and there was people drinking outside our room making all kind of loud noise till 4:30 Am HORRIBLE!!!

My room didn't have a lock for the door - no deadbolt or safety lock - just a screw were a lock used to be. The keycard reader had batteries hanging off the back of the door. The smoke detector had been completely removed and bare wiring was left to hang. When I contacted the front desk about this, as they were moving me to a different room, I was told "Oh ya, that's pretty standard". The second room had a lock...sort of...and the smoke detector had a trash bag wrapped around it and taped up.
