It has an elevator that makes it easier to get to rooms. The lady at the front desk took care of needs. Two out of three bath towels had someone else's long black still on them. The door's lock did not have a back which causes the batteries to be exposed.

this property was good for walking around the town. near most main attractions without driving. an arcade right next door with food. jungle island right down the street with plenty of fun and food around. check in was fast but location is slightly confusing to get around and Wi-Fi is not great and unprotected. now the room is the worst part. because of the WI-FI tv works only half the time which is fine if you are not in the room much. but the beds sunk in the ground the comforter was basically paper thin. the AC worked very well and kept the room cool after a long day out. but the fridge did not keep the food cold and the faucet for the shower completely came off, the shower head was shoulder height and the pressure was basically non existent. overall a cheap hotel on the strip and you get for what you pay for. if you need a nice place to sleep don't stay here but if your just wanting to have fun and want to spend your money on other activities you cant go wrong.

I stayed at Americana Inn, a Travelodge by Wyndham, and the experience was unacceptable. While the bed was surprisingly comfortable and I didn’t see signs of bed bugs (I’ll update if that changes), nearly everything else fell below basic standards. At check-in, I was charged a $75 undisclosed fee not mentioned during online booking. Had I not been paid at midnight, I wouldn’t have been able to stay, despite prepaying. The room felt cold and empty, with ineffective air conditioning that couldn’t cool the room, even overnight. The bathroom was in poor condition, with cracked tiles, stained surfaces, and deteriorated caulking. The cabinet under the TV was broken, and a cockroach crawled out of the drawer. I saw multiple bugs, and the microwave was rusted and dirty. Even worse, a smoke detector had been removed, leaving exposed wiring, and one outlet was loose with visible gaps—clear safety violations. For a Wyndham property, this was extremely disappointing. The lack of transparency, sanitation, and safety is unacceptable. I was more comfortable sleeping in my car than in that room. Read the reviews and book elsewhere.

Staff is very friendly and check in was fast but the rooms are horrible. Floor was sticky, the water pipes in the shower were falling out of the wall, toilet paper holder was missing, air conditioning buttons were broken, no door handle to the bathroom so the door stays open, towels had stains, hot tub was filled in with concrete, somebodies lid was left in the microwave.

The front desk was very rude and not helpful. Acted like it was a horrible inconvenience to be helped. Hardly spoke English. The room was so disgusting.

Dirty property

Up on checking into my room, I went to my room had to be put into a different room due to dirtiness dirt in the floor. No covers on the bed. Lights did not work. Refrigerator did not work then got put into a second room look like mold on the wall toilet would not flush no towels when I asked for towels they gave me pool towels Very noisy. Nobody was at the front desk for over 45 minutes. Refrigerator did not work off the wall no covers on the bed. Besides the sheet had to ask for pillows one pillow on the bed. The pictures that are on the website does not look like anything in person. They told me that my room will be clean Three days stated that on the mirror in the room, nobody came and checked on me clean my room I had to empty all my trash had to go ask for toilet tissue. There was none in the bathroom. Shower curtain was not in the bathroom very disappointed in this property will not go back again. Also homeless people staying around property under the parking garage trash everywhere as I will be posting pictures below.

Not for solo travelers

Must stay started getting to the hotel and after I had paid on hotels.com I also had to pay at the hotel for two nights and an unexpected $75 deposit. I was by myself and asked to be put in the front so I would feel more safe because there is an abandoned parking garage underneath the back lot so I wanted to be in the front. I was stuck in the back on the 4th floor I couldn't use the elevator cuz someone had thrown up in it. There was a lot of younger people drinking and having small parties until the wee hours of the morning both nights I stayed. On Saturday I asked it again if I could be moved to the front and they said they were sold out. I saw a lot of empty rooms Saturday night so that was not true. I trust hotels.com and I just feel like this time that my safety was not a concern.

The owners literally have ZERO pride or care for their hotel. It’s nasty and not to mention they tell you NOTHING about a $75 deposit till the day you pop up for your already paid and reserved room.
