The staff was OK. They did allow me to change from a king room to a double queen room without any issues.. Unfortunately, the first room they gave me smell like they just sprayed a whole can of bug spray and you could see it on the floor. The next room they gave me the bed frame was broke. The light switch was taped down, so the light wouldn’t stay on, the smoke detector beeped all night because the battery was low and the TV was connected to the Wi-Fi which kept losing signal every two minutes and freezing up or cutting off.

Unfortunately the hygiene was disgusting I have loads of bugs in my room and was bitten by some sort of bugs over night and left with scratching on my body very disappointing as I traveled from Europe to visited and had to deal with this

I had to be put in four different rooms either for cleanliness reasons or the fact that the front desk lady gave me a skeleton key to the hotel and I accidentally went into the room that was next to my original room after work, and then she treated me like it was my fault.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The negative's was the bathroom needs to be updated. I'm 5'1" and I had to duck to get under the shower head. And you could tell the sheets were washed and clean - but the one on one of the beds had a big stain on it. It is in a very convenient part of the strip.

When I checked in, the front desk lady was on the phone. She didn’t speak except to ask for my card and ID. She even tapped the paper instead of asking me to sign it. Once I walked up 4 flights of stairs to the room, someone was already IN there?!? So I had to walk back down 4 flights to get a new room. Then back up 3 to the new room l. There was a random washcloth on the counter and the room wasn’t nice. The bedspread was outdated, there was tips ok the curtains, the paint chipped off below the windows, and the outlets were just weird, the shower head was so short, I had to squat down to get my hair wet. The seals on the door was bad too, because you could see all the way out. There was some weird stuff caked on top of the table, mirror broken. I understand the room was cheap, but dang.

The room was infested with roaches which we noticed while the lights were on tv was fuzzy couldn’t really watch anything I asked for a handicapped accessible room ,room was fine but the restroom was not the toilet was very low and it had a regular tub for the shower The front desk lady was being rude when my wife asked for our refund because we were not staying there after seeing all the roaches and she had an attitude about refunding the money

The Room was nice.i was dissatisfied with a couple of things. There were baby Cockroaches. In the Bathroom and crawling around on the bedside tables.i woak several times at night with them crawling on me in bed.i stayed there three nights and there was no housekeeping done the bed was never changed the entire time i was there. And they charged me a security Deposit i was unaware of until I arrived at the Hotel.

This is the most garbage hotel i have ever had the displeasure of having to stay in. I could not make it look worse even if i tried. Bugs everywhere, lock on door was broken, bed sheets were stained, this hotel looks like it comes with a complimentary meth lab. It is not worth it whatsoever. Please spend an extra 20 or $30 dollars per night, and atay in a somewhat respectable hotel. They need to rename this place the Crack Smoke Inn. Or better yet, demolish the whole thing so nobody ever has to contract hepatitis A just by sleeping here

Stay away from this place. I made a reservation and a day before I was to check in my car broke down and I couldn’t make it there. I tried calling them three days straight with no answer. They still ended up charging my credit card for the room even though I never made it. I contacted The reservation hotline and they couldn’t get a hold of them either and I also contacted hotels.com and they also couldn’t get hold of them.

The first room had roaches all over the walls and in the bathtub The second room the door didn’t lock The third room the ac was being held up by a 2x4. The beds were hard. No water pressure in the shower and half the outlets didn’t work. By the time we got to the third room we were so tired we just didn’t complain and stayed. One of my daughters left their shoes and when we went back to get them they had already given them to a member of staff….

Room was disgusting and dirty. Hair everywhere. I called the front office 7 times on my way to pigeon forge from Hopkinsville ky. No answer. When we finally got there the person who was supposed to be watching the front desk was hard asleep in the lobby. He then proceeded to mess up our room keys 2 times. Was NOT worth the money. Was woken up super early due to their housekeeping carts being ran into doors and windows

So, the main perk of this hotel is #1 price and #2 location. It is cheap, don't expect a perfect experience. But, if you want a place just to spend the night or that is a convenient location, this will do! The hotel is older. The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the lady was friendly. However, they did require a $75 deposit and that is not stated when booking. So, be aware of that!

Tried out a total of 3 rooms. Rubber seal around the entry door was completely detached from the door facing; two of the three rooms on the first floor level had no safety prong on the door for the swivel lock on the inside of the room to hook onto for added security; one door lock was held in place by duct tape; 2 of the three rooms had only one trashcan in the bathroom and no second trashcan in the outer room; one bed had a mattress cover as a bedding "blanket"; there were live bugs found throughout the outer room and in the bathtub; the phone to the front desk was never answered after multiple tries

Staff was unprofessional. Staff was sleeping in lobby and addressed me half asleep. Check-in took 15 minutes. The rooms were filthy, we slept in our clothes because of how dingy bedding is. The keyless locks were broken and batteries taped on inside of door. I was not aware of the hotel being used as a weekly stay for local people or I would have never booked 2 rooms for my family. Bathroom doors did not close properly, one tv set was out of service. On the website it’s listed breakfast available, there is no breakfast at this place. I wasn’t willing to eat here but water would have been nice if it was available. Worst hotel/motel experience ever!

Inexpensive motel, so you get what you pay for. Bed was just a little too high for my 5'2" frame. When I tried to brace myself on the bed to hoist myself up, the mattress slide on its metal platform. There was no coffee maker in my room, but front desk attendant Stacy personally brought one to me. Front desk personnel were super friendly and made us feel welcome. I would stay there again.
