The property is nothing like posted we stayed in 220 no blow dryer no coffee pot the room was NASTY the lights didn’t work near the bed the remote didn’t go to the tv AND no hot water when the front desk was told about it and I told them I wanted a refund e gentleman told me “the lady does not get back to us on refunds” Also they don’t take card reservations at the property ONLY cash so if you don’t look online take cash and take an extra 75 as a “fee” because that’s also not stated on any check in information.

I won't go back to broken down.

Bed was comfortable enough but hotel was extremely run down and dirty. Staff great you in and out and that is it. You go get extra towels if you need it, no amenities available

The 1st room I got air conditioning didn’t work the 2 nd one they gave me the shower wouldn’t shut off and you had to flush the toilet 6 times to get it to flush terrible place

Rooms were clean and beds were decent we had no alarm clock no phone toilet paper holder was broken shower was very low and hanging really loose out if the wall no smoke alarms wires hanging out if the ceiling air conditioner was leaking in the floor , there was no dead bolt or latch for security of the door We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and we had NO MAID we had to clean our own rooms and get our linens and take out our trash no ice buckets no coffee for the coffee pot window was cracked and taped and after I paid for rooms through hotels.com when we arrived and checked in I had to pay A deposit $75 each room that i was told i would get refunded could take 3-5 business days up to weeks

Horrible! Stay Clear, Cockroaches

This was one of the worst stays our family has ever had. Cockroaches, holes in the actually bathtub, how do you clean a bathtub with holes? You don’t! Absolutely disgusting, this place has been report by us and many others to the state to be shut down. No AC and No Towels.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life, very dirty and they have cockroaches I have pictures! Also absolutely no hot water to shower myself or my children so we couldn’t even get ready for the day. Guy at the front desk said the owner will not give refunds of any sort.

Shower head was broken, television was not working, missing light bulbs in most of the outlets, killed a roach in the bathroom. And the transients that hang around the property are very shady. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No TV no service at all on a TV or different curtains didn't pick up or bring new bedding toilet didn't flush the hook was broken the shower barley worked the beds was hard the celling was peeling off and I talked and talked to the people at the desk about everything and still we got nothing not to mention I reserved a king room but they couldn't find the housekeeping so I waited and still nothing so I had to go with a 2 queen beed 😡😡😡

I don't have time to write a book on this nasty and I truly mean nasty first thing the room was Cool with the air conditioner on of course that was awesome and then horror hit in after we had settled in after going out walking around. I starting looking at the room and discovered poop all over the bathroom wall the toilet would not flush me as a customer fixed the toilet to flush it was a chain in the back of the toilet that was off no biggie on that but we decided to go ahead and stay that night not touching nothing else while we packed up we go on the balcony and find in the pool a couple trying to have sex when you got kids you do not want them seeing that then you had a drunk people that were fixing to fight and ask for towels go you had to go to the office in order to get towels

Soon as I got to my room had to be moved due TV didn't work frig leaked water all over floor. I got to my other room started finding cig butts. I have never seen it where the pool was never shut down people swimming all night a that's ok but when I got to the pool next day beer bottle caps everywhere with cig butts to go with it. The cig butts were in the pool. The pool didn't look clean. This place has gone down hill. I have been here before and love it not this time. Who is running this place? Where is the help? I saw only one person cleaning on my side and she was working hard. I don't think I want to go back until they clean this place up/. Thank you

Worst experience ever!

Cologne from staff was choking when greeted at reception, within a few minutes of entering the room there was a roach climbing on the ceiling, the door lock was loose and my husband had to use his pocket knife to tighten it, the bathtub nob was coming off the wall, the bathroom door is falling apart at the bottom, no wash clothes provided, just 3 small towels barley big enough to cover a toddler, ironing board with no iron, the swimming pool was tinted green and cloudy, the onsite restaurant looks like it's being used for storage, the bed was hard, the pillows were extremely lumpy like they have gone through the wash too many times. I know the staff cannot control what everyone does when they stay here, but heads up for parents or people who don't want to be around it, the hallways on the 1st floor and 3 Rd floor stink to high heaven like weed. Not a family friendly environment! Overall this was a horrible experience and I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!
