Tennessee Torture Telly

The staff at the hotel might as well have been non existent cause they didnt do anything but accept your money. The rooms had roaches and some type of flying bug looked like fleas. The pool was so dirty it looked like just years of built up dirt and grime at the bottom. Not to mention all the cigarette butts and trash and bugs floating in the pool. The wacko white trash dude thats supposed to be cleaning and maintaining the pool would rather fight with his hillbilly butt buddy then do his job. Smh. The whole place looked like its on the verge of being condemned including the people that work/ live there.

Get what you pay for

Great location, i did see new rooms as I passed , my room window broke lock broke shower sprout lose and seen a roach in drawer , pool was in bad shape broken title , cig butts all threw patio , at least water was clear !! I guess you get what you pay for !!

It was awful. Spend tour money on something worth staying in. A few issues (not conclusive list): gnats in room, dirty walls/door, old dirty and odor carrying curtains, lock in door missing, rude front desk employees, police activity half of the nights, broken dresser, mini refrigerator not stable..........the list goes on and on.

Very basic budget hotel

Very basic hotel in desperate need of upgrades. Room was not cleaned well as shampoo bottles were still in shower. I did find a 6 pack of beer in fridge so staff does not check that ( bonus for me) Pool was nice in fact it was the best part of the hotel.

Simple could use improving

Tv didn't have good picture and remote didn't work. Was hot when first arrived. Bed was comfortable. Microwave didn't have a available plug in. Coffee machine was busted up. . But for the small price i paid an where its located it wasn't too bad

Don't stay in room 119

We have stayed here a few times in the past and really enjoyed the renovated rooms on the upper levels. This time however was not pleasant. We were in room 119 which is right beside the pool entrance, elevator and lobby entrance. It was noisy all night long, the room is in serious need of an update and good luck watching TV. The room itself has some decent log furnishings but they have definitely seen better days. The furniture is worn and scratched. The shower handle was pulled off and only allowed scalding hot or freezing cold. There was only 2 working bulbs in the room out of 8 total lights and only one working bulb in the bathroom. The entire room had a very musty, damp smell. The TV had 8 working channels and 3 of those were local news and the other 5 were ESPN variants, except for the main ones you would want to watch. The lobby smelled like weed, the pool area smelled like weed, the parking lot smelled like weed. If you partake then go right ahead but I don't need my daughters walking through it. The pool area was covered in broken or missing concrete, the pool itself was rather dirty. The 1 available working outlet in the room was so loose you couldnt plug a charger in. No USB outlets anywhere. Like I stated at the beginning, the upper renovated rooms are very nice and very quiet but room 119 wasnt it.

Avoid At All Costs

Absolutely disgusting stay. Found live roaches, the bed was unbearable, and only two pillows for a king. No coffee maker, toilet leaked, fridge flooded the floor, and the lamp was broken. Staff shrugged and said, “that’s how it goes.” Doors didn’t lock properly, making the room unsafe. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Upon checking out, 4 other families were checking out EARLIER due to the unsanitary conditions.

Could be the setting for a Dateline episode

While checking in, people were complaining about the AC leaking through the ceiling into their room below and that there was blood on the wall. Was hoping it was an isolated, though crazy and went to my room. The fort wouldn’t even open all the way. The key was working but I had to do it like 4 times and push hard to get it open. When I got in, there was a huge hole in the wall, hair in the sink, bathroom door broken, urine on toilet, roaches in the drawers. This place is gross and should be shut down until it is up to par. The halls are even in disrepair. To charge people over $150 plus for a room here is highway robbery.

I called the day before check in to confirm and not a walord was said to me about the $75 check-in deposit. I could've had it covered had they said something but I was told it was a go. We literally had $92 to feed us until the next night (3 adults and a 3 year old) so that left us with $17 to eat breakfast, lunch and 2 dinners. The concierge guy was the only staff member that seemed to want to be there or to be helpful at all. The rooms were clean although our microwave was outside on the balcony and we never received another one but everything else was stocked. The pool closed at 11 but they allowed us to night swim as long as we kept the noise down and respected the other guests. We were happy with everything except the staff and the fact that the extra deposit was never mentioned even when speaking with them 24 hours in advance. The staff's attitude is enough for us not to be back. If you don't like your job find another one.

Our door wouldn't lock, maintenance told us "no need to worry, not a light in the parking lot works, no one will bother you". There was a crack so bad in the underside of the door my child could roll his hot wheels in and out. When we ask for towels to shower, they said there was a towel shortage and they didn't have any. And the worst part was our room was no only nasty. It was infested with COCKROACHES!

How Is This Dump A Wyndham Property!

First off, I can’t believe Wyndham would have their name associated this place! The only upside was the location in proximity to what we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. There were no towels available till 6pm in the evening. The shower was designed for someone less 5’5” or less. The toilet would not flush properly even in pouring water down it. The shower head has black mold on it. There was smart tv in the but there was no access to cable or any local channels. The pool was disgusting covered with stains on the floor of the pool. There were glass slivers on pool deck. The staff was less than attentive and had no regard for anyone or anything. Was literally like staying at a hotel in undeveloped third world country. The only upside of the room is that it had a full sized fridge (that leaked water on the floor). We had high hopes for this hotel as it USED to be a great place. Now it’s nothing but a dump that is hard to believe that it’s even associated with anything related to Wyndham! Very disappointing to have spent the kind of money we spent for this weekend trip for this hotel for it to be probably the sketchiest place I’ve ever seen. Would not suggest this place to anyone! Pretty sure homeless shelters have better amenities and staffing.
