The room was not clean sheets were dirty and there were bugs I have pics and the shower rod was broken and the bathtub faucet was broken so you can’t control the temperature of water. It gave me a first degree burn.

Very noisy at night with people yelling off the balcony. Woke us up several times during the night. Pool was supposedly under maintenence but it was very dirty and green with algae. Looks like it had not been used in a couple of years. Wifi was horrible. We couldn't watch tv or use our tablets or phones. Cockroaches all through the room. Bed was hard with very thin coverlet. I basically froze until we could get the heat to come on. No further interaction with staff beyond che k in.

First off, the photos are very misleading. The property is not accurately represented at all. The pool was drained. The property was filthy and noisy. The room was disgusting. The toilet didnt even have a dang seat on it. The wifi was not working which rendered the rolu tv in the room useless. Staff was unhelpful and did not show any compassion at all. Youre better off sleeping in your car

I recently stayed at Americana Inn by Wyndham, Pigeon Forge. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom door did not close properly, and after taking a shower, water would spill out onto the floor since there was no bath mat provided. Overall, the hotel did not feel very clean or well-maintained. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works on improving the cleanliness and service quality for future guests.

BEWARE!!! The room was in poor shape as well as the parking lot was unsafe. The lady at the front desk was nice and dealing with what she could with what she had. We had to request a new room, due to the toilet leaking in the bathroom causing the room to flood. Not to mention the very crusty bathtub covered in some sort of questionable black stuff. Our second room, the door was very unstable, the shower head could barely accommodate myself at 5’2” let alone my 6’ partner. The floors were so dirty they left your feet black. This hotel is in serious need of some serious renovations. I would not recommend staying here, this is a very shady and unsafe hotel.

This is by far THE WORST hotel I have ever entered! I can not believe this is a Wyndham hotel. I checked the ratings quickly, we decided to stay last minute and wanted something cheap but clean. They had an overall bad rating but the last thirty days seemed to be better and I was not expecting a five star hotel but since it was a Wyndham, I assumed it would at least be clean. As soon as I booked through third party, I got a text from the hotel asking me to pre check in. I put my debit card in for incidentals and my license for check in. When we got to the hotel, he asked for my debit card and license. I told him I already did the pre check in and had already sent them. He said they didn't have pre check in so I had to give them to him again. We went to our room, the whole door lock was dangling on the back side of the door. The extra flip lock had been busted off. It looked as though the door had been kicked in. There was a loud beeping sound as soon as we entered the room. I went to the sink to wash my hands and there were several bugs. The alarm started going off in the room saying Carbon Monoxide detected please evacuate. I was going to call the front desk but there was no phone in the room. We got all of our stuff, walked to the lobby and there was no one there working. There were two couples there also trying to get a refund so they could leave. Their rooms also had bugs and stains on the bedding. Apparently the worker had left the premises with no one in the lobby.

Absolutely horrible experience! Our bed had beg bugs and we ended up having to check out at 1:30am and drive home. Almost a week later I’m still applying medication to my bites. This place needs to be burned down!

The room looked clean enough, I guess but BEDBUGS. When we left the guy at the desk kind of laughed, so I guess he was use to the complaint. No offering to make the situation right. Nothing could have made it right. All I can say is never and I mean never stay there.
