staff was ok but the room is where it got worse it was so cold it was warmer outside we had this loud buzzing noise coming from the bathroom they door handle was barely holding on you could see the batteries of the door lock and the door wouldn’t lock like what is this place

The cover of the door lock fell off, there was no remote for the TV, I had to ask for additional toilet paper and the toilet leaked. I definitely did not feel safe with the door issue. The guy at the front desk was nice though.

Well where do I start the place was filthy no housekeeping no light bulb in the lamp no toilet paper or toilet paper holder I had to buy my own toilet paper the hand railing was falling off a major hazard elevator didnt work and the outside area was filthy dirty mattress piled up outside of the building no breakfast which says on site they offer and they charged me for my stay from Saturday until check out on Monday which is ok then they charged me with a deposit which they say is refundable but they lie cause I didn’t get my deposit back and then they keep charging me when I’m not there that place needs too be repo for theft from taking money from guests card and that place needs shut down it’s not fit for a dog

The toilet was stopped up the bathtub wouldn’t turn off completely and the bed was uncomfortable as hell. The other guests were loud and caused me to be unable to get any sleep. I will never stay there again. If I had my way with it I would be getting a full refund.

The room wasn’t clean. Didn’t have towels or toilet paper. Roaches were everywhere. Someone forbid to an altercation in the middle of the night and cops were called twice disturbing everyone at the hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is not very well maintained nor clean. We wound up canceling our reservation and staying someplace else.

Got there outside smelled like weed then he puts me and my granddaughter on the 4th floor with no elevator. Got to the room the room keep didn't work so me and my granddaughter had to carry all of our stuff back down 4 flights of stairs because he wouldn't answer the phone at the desk.

There was a payment error at check-in, the shower had no hot water, and even after complaining, nothing was fixed. On top of that, the deposit was not deducted/refunded. This is the worst hotel.

Never was option to a Breakfast. Cafeteria was close and some meals are in the front door. Pool was so dirty , first time a saw a pool in this worse condition ( green dark water) mist every where, staff made a magic to attend the guest from the housekeeping until the costumer service in the from desk are the hero. But was terrible this administration
