Keys wouldn’t work so instead of issuing new keys they moved our room. Door had lock issues and would not open. Maintenance had to fix. No safety lock at top. Premises was run down. Hard to push cart on corridors due to damaged concrete. Heating and AC unit did not work appropriately. Not very much lighting in parking lot in back of building.

Well to start big gap all the way around the door.shades didnt close all the way for privacy. Hotel next door playing loud music all night all.Roaches in the room.Shower head was extremely low especially for someone 4 foot 10 inches tall. NO WATER PRESSURE. TV buffering nonstop unable to watch it.No toilet paper roll holder.Would be nice to have a hair dryer .And beds are uncomfortable and smell

We walked into the room. I turned the light on in the bathroom and there were 2 cockroaches. I went right back to the office and handed my key in and let them know I wasn’t staying and booked a room elsewhere.
