From the minute we checked was a horrible experience the person checkin us in did not tell us anything about the breakfast when we got to room there were no towels or washcloths had to go back to office where she gave me towels told me there wasnt any washcloths so off to walmart we went to purchase some washcloths 2n day get back to room and our key card does not open room so i went to office again lobby door locked had a # to call in case of emergency so i call it several times get a recording sying unable to leave message voice mail box is full i banged on door severl minutes no answer i did get a text asking my issue i explained it same girl from checkin opens door and gives me 2 new door cards they work. When we got in room saw room was not made up so off to office again for new towels and again no answer when banging on door so i send a text explaining issue again was told that someone would bring towels to my room well that never happened next morning went to lobby again for towels different girl gave me towels and washcloths messages sent to me stated they dont have daily maid service if the checkin girl had told me that i would have requested enough towels for my 4 day stay. Never again this was a very dirty establishment trash outside building room missing light bulbs i had to clean tub drain since water would not drain and there was so much hair in drain i did take pictures of that also beds looked like a 5 yr old made them bed skirt not properly on bed all crook

Huge dissatisfaction
They advertised free. Breakfast. They only had coffee . No explanation from workers as they ate. Other guests were also complaining. No one at the front desk to discuss it with . When we checked in we had NO linens. Another guest came in with the same issue. The bathroom floor had built up crud. This was the worst room I have ever had

Property was absolute garbage. Read the reviews and consider the 1 start reviews. Usually I don't pay attention to them if the overall rating is still higher but man this place is terrible. Not to mention them not wanting to refund me for our dirty roach infested room and no towels

This hotel was so dirty. It had not been cleaned and had trash behind the chair, coving duct taped to the wall, toilet had not been cleaned, deadbolt broken with black marks covering the back of the door. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Breakfast was from 8:30 to 9 AM with nothing there but granola bars would not recommend staying here at all.

Want the low down on Howard Johnson in Pigeon Forge, TN? 'Free breakfast' is code for 'granola bars and coffee, folks!' Just dont expect it on time the staff are still snoozing. Attitude? Their serving it up plenty with a side of sass. And don't even get me started on room service - bring your own cleaning supplies and toiletries! Showering? Need to dry off? Get ready to give the neighbors a peek a boo show as you are running around the property. Any request are more of an suggestion. Requested ground floor for grandma, with more health issues then a medical textbook. Was given a second floor. No working elevator, just Olympic jumps. Then, when I was given a ground floor the room had a sink leak bigger then Niagara Falls. Need to do laundry on site? Plan on flipping your clothes inside out.

OH, my where do I start!!!! Checking in the customer service was horrible. They did not have towels or washcloths the entire time we were there. My room had a broken chair. The lamp did not work, the lights over the sink did not work. The pictures of the hotel were not correct. Nothing like the pictures at all. Elevator did not work. Had a family member in a wheelchair and the room was supposed to be handicap accessible and it was not. Will not be staying here every again and will not be recommending anyone to stay here!!!!!

We did not even stay the room was nasty with bugs and the bed frame was out from in under the bed a foot. My husband feel over it just checking out the room. There was no towels to take a shower.

Not working: heater, clock, fridge,hair dryer (toilet didnt work completely). Hole in bathroom wall should have been plastered and not a toilet paper plugged into. Breakfast: not open and when it was coffee and granola bars. Inside pool size seemed bigger in ad. Very short staffed; lobby not open until maybe 9am. Overpriced. wish I would have cancelled when I should have and went elsewhere; not worth it here. Very disappointed. Would not recommend

Never again!!
No towels when we checked in. Called to ask for some and was told to check back in the morning. Had to go buy our own to shower. Morning same story “ none to be had”. TV did not work. AC / heat did not work. Floor soo dirty our feet turned black after a shower. Asked for a refund and was told no. “Deal with it”. Never again.

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. It was in a terrible state and completely inhospitable. The carpet baseboards were ripped out and barely hanging on, with drywall dust scattered all over the floor. To make matters worse, there were no towels available, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep were far below even the lowest standards I’ve ever experienced. This stay was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Let’s start with the good, the indoor pool is heated and clean. It is close to attractions and dining. Very cheap, floor in the rooms is nice and beds are comfortable! The bad: there is roaches in the bathrooms, no blankets on beds, just sheets, and check in closes at 12. We got in town at 1:30 in the morning and missed that detail. Luckily the hotel pigeon forge across the street had a room to get us till morning.

We have had several issues requested to speak to the manager it has been over 72 hours and have yet to speak to the manager. The lobby was dirty. Poor customer service. We had reservations for two rooms and one room had one towel and the second room had none. We asked the front desk for towels and she said the did not have any towels. One bed in room had bed bugs. One rooms smoke detector was beeping. The elevator was broke and we were on the third floor. The stair case was dirty with trash and boxes and house keeping carts with trash and dirty supplies left at all three landing.
