When i.stayed at Super 8 in the past it was a hotel.and not a motel. I was actually surprised to see this was a motel when I arrived and was not happy. Though i guess this was my fault?? It was a bit noisy though not terribly but the worst part was the bed was on a metal slab which rattled and banged every time we moved an inch. It actually woke me up twice. Very strange and noisy design. The place was really clean which is my number 1 Must, however, overall, i would not stay here again. I dont like motels.

We were put on the 4th floor with no elevator. You're only given 3 flat pillows per bed and the pillow cases were dingy looking. There is no iron to iron your clothes. There was a small gap in the door frame(you could see the outside light through it). Breakfast was danishes and small muffins. They don't clean the rooms every day unless requested(if you're paying full price, you should get full service without asking)

The room was on the fourth fool which i didnt like. And there wasnt enough parking space. I barely found a parking spot very far away from where my room is.

Bathroom should have been cleaned better. It was like pulling teeth to get towels even though the booking was for 4 people. Breakfast was not breakfast it was pastries and juice or nasty coffee. Good thing Dunkin was next door though. Door had a hard time locking it. Over all wasn't horrible but wasn't the greatest. I could have went to a different hotel got it $30 cheaper a night and had the same type of stay. Did end up checking out a day early cause of the noise and beds weren't all that comfortable.

The property should be listed as a motel. Also, there were many hanging out around the doors and windows of your room. Felt very unsafe. Was on the 3rd floor opposite end of the only elevator. Parking was on a whole different area and at one time, there was no parking on site.

Staff were very nice. Convenient to Patriot Park to park for Dollywood. It was evident the room has been non-smoking for a long time, but the room still had a stale smell of smoke, specifically when the air unit was running. Had two small roaches in the bathroom. The low price came with expected side effects. Bedding and bathroom were clean - just an older motel.

We enjoyed the size of the room. We liked the large tub as it would accommodate a person setting down. We liked that there was a fridge. We would have liked the ability to hang our clothes.
