When checking in, the host accused me of not being the person on my photo ID, then tells me that maybe I should update my photo. Also our 2nd day there we went and seen some of the sites to return at about 9:00 PM to find our hotel room door open, luckily nothing was missing. “Did you pull your door to when you left?" My response, "Did housekeeping clean my room?" Yes they did!!! 3rd day housekeeping pulled the door to this time but didn’t bother cleaning the bathroom, just left fresh towels and washcloths. Only good thing about staying there was how convenient it was for local sites.

Room looked as if they recently upgraded. We had a room with a kitchenette. But the room had NOTHING no dishes no silverware no pans. We asked about it and was told for $50 cash deposit they would give us a cook set. Also no where to sit to eat the only chair in the room reclined back making you feel like your gonna fall out it. No table. Also every morning awakened by construction at 5 am. On arrival front desk lady was not friendly at all seemed inconvenienced as we are checking in. Floors of room were not clean.

The hotel is old, needs to have moderate repairs done. Water damage, weather stripping, etc. the rooms were very clean. Advise seeing the room first as the cleaning products that are used have a very strong presence/smell. If you’re sensitive to smells/chemicals it could be a problem.

Didn’t stay we went in the room looked bad the door didn’t even completely shut . I tremors to get a refund but because I went though hotel.com. I couldn’t get my money back wasted 400 dollars had to pay 600 for another hotel . Will never book with hotel .com

We was on the bottom level, you could hear every footstep above you and the walls are paper thin. There was mold in the shower around the caulking. But the bed was comfortable

It was definitely better than expected after I saw the motel in person. However, for similar price points in the area there are hotels with pools/etc. the bed was comfortable enough and it did come with breakfast with a few hot item options. The staff was very nice!

Staff was good. Room was old and seemed clean. However there was no where to sit down. Room had a kitchen chair and a bed. I have mobility issues and need a little more comfort. We left. We were to stay 2 more days. We wont be staying there.The area around was dirty with full dumpsters and litter.
