We only needed to stay overnight, it was clean, shower pressure was strong and hot - no issues. Yes, it is loud but that should be expected with being in the middle of all the tourist activities. Families with younger children - the little amusement park for them is right next door with many activities within walking distance.

Timbers is our go to motel in Pigeon Forge. It’s convenient to everything. Rooms are always very clean. I’m a housekeeper so I look where some might not and they haven’t disappointed me yet.

loud noise

Our stay was good except noise from upstairs was very loud day and night. Management was called, but the guest ignored the warning. Only reason we would not stay again is noise.
