Needs serious updating. Pictures are very deceiving. We went out came back to our door left unlocked because a maintenance guy was. Using the plug for his compressor,meanwhile our laptops and other valuables could have been taken since the door was left unlocked. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

The loft room didn’t have air conditioning that reached to the upstairs which made the loft very warm. The room was very outdated and needed major work. The steps in the rooms are very unsafe for children. No table space in room due to it being where the microwave was stored. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Our 15th anniversary stay

It was an amazing trip. This was our second time visiting and we will definitely be back. The only negative thing about it was when we booked our king room with a jacuzzi the picture showed a jacuzzi in the area with the bed but our room just had a jacuzzi bathtub, not an actual jacuzzi. That was disappointing.

Jacuzzi

Jacuzzi is not worth the upgrade money. Big tub and only 6 jets. Other than that it was a good stay.

Property not kept up there steps and handrails had bird or pigeon crap all over could not touch and this did not happen overnight not healthy have already sent complaint to health department also cleaning staff not friendly at all we had our luggage on elevators she sit ours back off so she could put her cleaning carts on you can also note we are both handicapped and filled a complaint to dept as well as Serverille tourist chambers. You don’t need to be in business and will give you all negative reports I can
