Rude and unprofessional staff. Rooms are outdated, dark and depressing. No frills. Toilet was broken making noises non-stop so I just turned the water off. I waited for several minutes in front of the front desk staff and I was the only person there and they did nothing to help me for almost five minutes. They absolutely lacked a professional presentation, manners and communication skills. A downer all around. Go only of you have kids. It makes sense for that purpose only due to pool, kitchen etc

Its an old building. Rooms are a little humid ans carpeta smell a little. Bathrooms are great. Kitchenette equipment is old and not appealing. Good location and near everything.

I enjoyed staying there w my family. The pool & hot tub was very relaxing. And the bed was more comfortable than the other hotel we’d been at. Just wish I’d come here first! Great place - willl keep it in mind for future stays!

We had an unpleasant, very inconvenient experience with having to move rooms 3 times in 3 days due to unsafe conditions. Staff were very friendly and hardworking, however did not help with moving each time we were settled in and had to pack up again and move all of our luggage and groceries.The first room was good, the 2nd (upgraded room) they rushed us into was extremely dirty, refridge wasn't cleaned out, hairs and dirty, sticky floors, even inside the kitchen drawers were filthy, bars and appliances falling off the walls, black mold under the sink. Once maintenance saw the condition of the room, we were asked to move again to a nice new rooms, except the bedroom doors were broken and did not close. It was reported and maintenance came a few times a week later to sand and work on it, but was never fixed. Each room had issues, elevator was old and musky smell in the halls. The staff were great, but property needs maintenance and upkeep and rooms checked before filling them when it's not appropriate or safe for guests.

Hot. Temps were 90 during the day and the thermostat would not go below 70 degrees - so we slept hot - actually didn't sleep much at all. Neighbors had a dog that barked every single time it heard a door open/close. We received a call around 10pm from someone posing as a front desk clerk stating that my credit card information had been deleted from the system and could I please come to the front desk or give my card number over the phone. Of course I said no and they hung up.

No restaurant within the hotel, no robes for the bathroom, my hotel door didn't really lock all the way so I had to push a table and chairs against the door at night, the only food available is if you order through uber or doordash and have to pick up in the lobby since dashers aren't allowed to bring directly to the room. I booked through expedia and one of the male staff members charged my credit card again for the already payed reservation when checking in, luckily I noticed it the next day, the remainder of the staff and management were quick to fix it once I brought it up, refunded amount still pending on my account $700. I will say the staff and management were very friendly and nice, very personable and helpful. The room was very spacious and was clean.
