Have stayed twice, would stay again
The staff is very accomidating. The bellhop is prompt. The staff had a problem with speaking english. One gentleman named Marcios spoke well above average. The room was taken care of every day with clean towels and clean sheets. I thought the tv could have been bigger with more channels.No Fox. No American channels except CNN worldwide. In July they had Fox and MTV. Not in my December trip. The walls are kinda thin. I heard the man next door in the bathroom take a shower. The bathroom was fine. Always warm clean water. This time the shower door didn't leak. The mini bar was kinda expensive. There are no vending machines or ice machines on each floor. Call the desk for ice and the bellhop will get it from the restuarant. The breakfast every morning is free but doesnt contain sausages, pancakes, bacon and eggs. They had fruit which i ate. I didn't eat all the bread and meat laying out. Not my thing. They had eggs but in Brazil the eggs at the store are not refrigerated. So, i am not taking any chances even if cooked. There is a nice restauarant next door which i ate at several times. A bar also next door. Chocolate store and pharmacy in neighborhood. The bus terminal is within walking distance. Overall, I would stay at this property everytime...
