After my check-in we found that my room was extremely polluted with dirt (heavy dirt) with dust accumulated under the beds, sofa and floor in general.
I complained to reception and cleaning staff more than 5 times.
How can you deliver a room with accumulated dirt from that level?
After showing it to all the hotel staff, I keep waiting for the 3rd day for someone to come clean properly until the moment NOTHING.
Not to mention the poorly made bedding and untidy sheets. The air conditioner was not working, only the heater, I selected a room with air conditioner. in the first attempt to connect it came out from inside the air ducts, a lot of dirt. My mother, who was with me, is allergic to dust and became very sick.
The accumulated dirt is possibly more than 30 days, considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic, receiving a dirty room in this way is unacceptable. My mother has the flu. It was the worst experience of my life. I don't recommend the hotel to anyone.
