Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location from where you can explore Pisa and reach the train station by walk. Very good breakfast. Only downside is the bathroom due to size, especially the shower and the space between toilet and radiator, and the fluctuating hot water supply which seemed to vary when other rooms were using it. Overall though a very good place to stay.

Great hotel with little perks
Fab little hotel! Great that there’s a kettle and tea/coffee in the room (unusual for Italy) and the restaurant in the hotel was a bonus. When travelling alone sometimes you just don’t want to go out to find food alone, so that was great. But I’m sure walkable to various restaurants. Early flight but only a 10 minute taxi ride to airport. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent breakfast served from 7 to 11. Convenient location, easily walkable from the train station. Polite, attentive staff. Nice atmosphere in older building with high ceilings. Enjoyed walking up 74 stone steps to 3rd floor - I'm a hill walker and yes, there is a lift. Rooms need some updating.

Great typically Italian hotel.
Lovely hotel. Great location, friendly staff. Def recommend to anyone, I’m pretty fussy and loved it. Pillow was a little hard. I am so glad I stayed here instead of one of the modern impersonal hotels on offer!

Easy taxi ride from the airport. Nice hotel on a quiet street, walkable to the river and the Tower sights. They do have an elevator and the Room was comfortable and adequate with very high ceilings! Small toiletries were provided. Window was able to be fully opened to take in the fresh air. Buffet breakfast had a large assortment of choices with freshly baked goods that were delicious.

Average hotel. Beds made a noise every time you move. Quite compact, you can hear other rooms and smell from other room toilets. Not much vegan breakfast options but otherwise rooms and hotel was nice.

The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The staff was amazingly helpful. If you are driving here, the parking is through a tiny driveway at the hotel. It is about a 15 minute walk from the tower and cathedral. You will pass very cool shops and restaurants along the way.

A double room with 2 single beds was reserved. Upon arrival, we had a double room with ONE bed. The young man at the front desk thought my friend and I should "snuggle." When I explained that we were not lesbians and they must correct the sleeping arrangements, he stated that as a proud gay man he would enjoy the current arrangements. I felt his comment was uncalled for. The front desk blamed the mistake on Expedia then corrected the situation when we went out for the day.
