Had a great experience! Natalie was very friendly and they let us check in early (had a wedding to get ready for). The breakfast had a great variety of food and we had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is in a great location, easy to get to downtown Vancouver, short walk to grocery store, restaurants, movie theater and everything you could need. Breakfast food was barely passable. It's not that difficult to make good fresh food but somehow we're still served cold premade omelettes and hard sausages. Fair to say though this is a problem at every hotel in North America. So yourself and your family a favor and go to Mc'D or the grocery store and buy your own food Second problem: it's 2024 and we're stuck with plain old regular cable TV. Gross. We want streaming options, figure it out, lots of other hotels have.

There were small nails sticking up from the carpet cut my foot and the drain in the hot tub cut my finger well trying to close it and open. It I wont come back to this location
