Two adults, no parking, for 2 nights cost $500+ for a double room. The desk clerk at check in was very nice and professional. She got us into a room prior to our check in time and there are zero complaints about the service she provided. The main areas of the hotel that we saw (honestly just the lobby) looked clean and modern and inviting. Of course going into body of the hotel is where you see the issues. It’s clearly an older space that has had its public areas modernized. The room was subpar and I wouldn’t recommend it to people
The bathroom was dirty and leaking.
- shelves had thick dust and dirt in the corners
- Behind the sink was dirty and dusty
- One of the towels had a red/blonde hair hanging off of it and both of us are very dark brunette
- Shower walls dull and covered in water spots
- The larger body wash/shampoo/conditioner trio that hotels love to provide in the shower had a rusty broken bracket that was not locked or secure. Anyone could put something in there. Disgusting. We didn’t touch them.
- stains on the carpet by the bathroom door and a stain on the wall next to the mirror
- the most concerning part honestly was there was always water on the floor because either the toilet was leaking or the wall behind the toilet. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from but it was there.
The rest of the room wasn’t great either
- No plastic liners in the trash cans
- Only one outlet next to the beds. ONE.
Too many things and not enough space in this review.
