Room was a nice size (we got 2 queens with a couch) but the beds were terrible. uncomfortable and very noisy. Bedding and pillows were good. Parking is such a rip off! $32 for a room that cost only $100 more then that. Cant rate the inhouse dining well either but it was an off night. Czar Salad was not fresh and was $12 for about $1 worth of lettuce. Also not much at all on the menu. Perogi were good. service was good.

The stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The pool and hot tub were just right. The food was good, both dinner and breakfast in the morning. The waiter/bartender during dinner time was not very friendly and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He didn’t even offer a smile. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t very cold and the dial didn’t seem to be working, but when I called the front desk about it, no one would answer.

The staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and so friendly. The beds are very comfortable, the pool was clean, the bar and restaurant area were clean and the staff in those areas were fabulous. Debbie at the front desk and Lisa in the restaurant area were fabulous.

The property was not clean. Our room had broken furniture and badly stained carpet. Every night we would get to our room to find that the keys did not work necessitating a trip back to the front desk. One night it happened multiple times.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Pittsburgh. We stay here twice a year for events that we attend at PPG. This hotel has the nicest rooms, they are spacious and have the amenities that we need.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Our sink was clogged and we never had anyone come for trash. We called twice and we stayed for two nights. By the time we left our one small trash can in the bathroom turned into multiple bags filled with garbage. Shower also splashes outside of the stall making the floor super slippery. Overall, I like staying here. It’s walkable to the t station and has in out privileges for parking- which is not typical for the city. Overall staff were friendly. Just wish it was cleaner!

We asked the room to be cleaned because there was dirt on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. We were told they do not clean but every 3 days. When we requested additional towels they were just put at the door and no turn down service was provided when requested

The hotel was perfect for attending a show at Peterson event center. Room was clean and with the heat it was cool and comfortable. Easy check-in. Parking was good also costs extra but the in and out worked fine after they explained how it works. Would stay here again.
