Perfect location for a Pens game, however we will be staying at the Marriott from now on. We stayed here a few years ago and it was much better. Cleanliness was not at all up to par. Floor needed vacuumed, unknown substances splattered on the fridge and lampshades, and 2 floss picks on the floor that did not belong to us…..Staff was friendly and helpful despite some miscommunications between them. We had to move rooms when we were told we wouldn’t have to, and then the heat didn’t work in the new room. Maintenance did fix it the same day, and the guy was super nice. Definitely way too expensive for what it was.

Nice place clean room but bought the breakfast with the stay, sat down and waited for 10 minutes to get service ended up leaving and it wasn’t even crowded. Went to check out and no one ate the front desk for over 5 minutes so I just left the room keys

Room was fine. No cleaning unless asked for and missing extra tissues, toilet paper, coffee pods and empty conditioner bottle. No extra pillows and bedding for the sofa bed and after waiting an hour for them to be delivered, I called the front desk again and was told they were busy with other things. I wouldn't stay here again.
