Madison was amazing and made us feel welcome immediately. She was very engaged and very attentive; cannot say enough nice things about our interactions with her. However the next day we had to wait with no one answering the front desk as we didn't have enough bath towels for everyone in our room. When the person finally responded he was on the phone. Each day there was a new bag of trash in the stairwell but nobody would actually take the trash outside so it started to smell and made it difficult to walk in the stairs to exit onto your floor. Was disappointed as it was not as nice as previous stays.

All together my stay here was pleasant. It was clean, the hotel was nice and updated. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Also it’s right next to the highway so it was a little loud. Worth the money.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly but we left early due to not having towels, blankets, or pillows available. We could also head every move the people above us made and they must have had toddlers who literally ran around the room until 1am. I probably won’t stay here again when it PA.

Stains on sheets and towels, carpets not vacuumed, kitchen floor and counter tops visibly dirty. Our 14 month old was with us so we were frequently wiping up the floor and counters after she ate and it was clear neither had been cleaned at least since the last occupants, likely longer.
