The staff were amazing, the location is great. But when looking at the duvet cover it appeared clean on the front and back, but when it was lifted up you could see mold on the inside. Unfortunately it wasn’t noticed until the morning of the day we were checking out.

The valet parking situation was a disaster. It took 45 minutes to get into the lot to park and we were almost late for the Pens game. Then trying to get our car the following morning was an absolute joke. There was a line up of about 40 people all trying to get their vehicles. The men working there had no clue what they were doing. I will never stay here again!
