Stinky bathroom
When we first opened the door to our room, I immediately smelled a mildewy, sewage type smell coming from the bathroom. The rest of the room was ok but the bathroom smelled terrible. It appeared clean so I’m not sure where the smell was coming from. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the toilet paper was like using newspaper. I don’t think I e ever experienced using that rough of toilet paper in my whole life! No kidding! Definitely will not stay there again!

Arrived for a weekend shopping trip. Perfect spot to stores and Mall at Robinson, about 30 min to Ross mall and about 20 to 25 min to outlets. Breakfast was good and nice selection. Staff friendly and clean. Will be the place we stay everytime we go to Pittsburgh.

The entire staff was amazing. Gave good references of places to go and eat. Very helpful. The food was decent. Liked the breakfast and the free Drinks on the get together evenings. Went for a Steeler game and was only about 10 min from the stadium. When back to Pittsburgh will stay there again

This is a great property. The staffs are very friendly and rooms are very clean and spacious. Standout was there food. Along with complimentary breakfast buffet, they also provide complimentary dinner too. This place is at a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family here and would definitely come back next time when we are in Pittsburgh area.

Loved Drury Pittsburgh Settlers Ridge!
This was our first time at a Drury property and we loved it! I will definitely choose this hotel chain again. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were amazing, the rooms were perfect, clean, spacious. Loved the free breakfast. My suggestion for improvement would be to have food allergy options such as, alternative milk, gluten free, vegan options. My husband loved the food! Me, i bring my own food or go to local grocery store or restaurant to find options.

Amanda and Tracy at the front desk were awesome. They made us feel like family. They remembered our names when we came in after a long day. It was very refreshing. Luc was very professional yet personal. All of these people made a tough visit (we were there to visit a family member in the hospital) become actually enjoyable. We can't wait to visit 'our friends' again.

Fantastic hotel
Great location, not far to downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for restaurant suggestions. They even remembered my name the next day! But don't forget about the food and cocktails in the evening....it was nice after a busy day in the city. I will stay here again when in Pittsburgh.
