Check in was a bit of a disaster, the front desk was supposed to call when our room was ready! 40 hours later we checked in with different staff at the front desk, a bit disappointed we did not receive a call earlier to check in!

Parking is very tight. Rooftop dog walking pad is a great option in the city. Train station a block away! Overall great facility for a weekend stay.

Hotel was convenient and huge. Nice for our family even though we only stayed one night. The parking garage is TIGHT but also convenient and reasonably priced for the city. Our only "bad" experience there was that the basketball court was unusable and it was kind of dark by the big chess.
