No housekeeping, you took dirty towels to the desk for exchange, trash piled up at trash can on floor, short staffed, if you asked a question NO ONE KNEW THE CORRECT ANSWER, was there 4 days and will never go to another Hilton ever!!!

I booked through Expedia a 2 queen bed room and when I checked in I was given a 1 king room which was cheaper than the 2 double beds. When I questioned it they told me it was because I booked with Expedia that it wasn’t a guarantee to get the room I booked. Now that I question Expedia they told me that’s not true. I will never stay there again. But the woman at check in was very friendly and nice. And the room was out of shampoo and conditioner.

I checked into this hotel after spending a questionable night in an older, cheaper, more run-down place across the street. The slightly higher rate was well worth it. Although breakfast was uninspiring, the remainder of the facility was very clean, quiet, well-maintained, and a pleasant stay. Bathroom was pristine as was the shower glass, hot water was plentiful, mattress was perfect. All outlets worked, multiple USB charging ports throughout the room, ample lighting with no burnt-out bulbs. I would absolutely stay here again.
