I have stayed at this hotel in the past and keep returning for the large room and all the amenities. The staff is always super pleasant and helpful. I also enjoy the proximity to Outback and Max & Erma’s. After a long drive, it’s nice to be able to walk to dinner!

Stayed here with the family had 2 rooms. Suprised to see that hotels still have spring mattresses in the room. The staff was nice and helpful during the day but non responsive past 9pm. The breakfast was decent & sufficient

It was a bad experience for us. We stayed there from 24-27 Dec, 2024. We asked the front desk for house keeping service on 26th (since the rule says that we can ask for it every other day) and left for our work in Pittsburgh in the morning. We come back to our room at around 10pm (really tired and exhausted) to find that the housekeeping was not done. Upon asking, we were told by the front desk person that we must be asking for housekeeping before 10am. I didn’t see that rule written anywhere. We might have asked for housekeeping around 10-10.30am. The person at front desk did note it down and didn’t mention that rule to us. After a heated argument at 10pm, we were given fresh towels. Also, there was constant smoking both at the front and the back entrance of the hotel.

Basic things not addressed and have some courtesy
Stay was ok but very basic things not provided or addressed 1. Room phone doesn’t work and so couldn’t call lobby. 2. Lights in hallway is not working 3. When 3 people are checked in only 2 towels are provided in bathroom 4. Shampoo is not filled and found out when I was in bath 5. Thinking it why to make it a big deal for all these and so walked down to talk to person in lobby. The way he was not interested to talk was as if I’m staying in the hotel for free and didn’t want to answer in good manner. Forget about getting ratings and etc. when there is a guest coming to stay at your hotel please have a minor courtesy to listen to guest and address basic needs atleast. You don’t get anything in life by trying to show off
