For the price point of this hotel, it demands better cleaning of bathrooms, especially in zones that are taken for granted during the normal cleaning process. For example, corners in the bathroom, floors (with hairs). Night table was still with signs of a previous guest's coffee cup. Terrible !!

Staff was incredibly unprofessional and ill prepared for visitors coming in. The fire alarm went off at 10 PM and the one woman at the front desk did not know what to do. You had over 100 people waiting around the outside of the building and inside the lobby, we were not even told we’re allowed to go back into our rooms until the woman checked in two new people and said your rooms are that way. During this time they kept the bar open of course because they gotta make money somehow. In short kids get scared senseless because the fire alarm goes off at 10 PM. Everybody floods into the lobby, the staff had no idea how to handle a false fire alarm let alone informed us customers of when they could go back to the rooms and everything was safe.

I was disappointed with the breakfast….over one small thing. Our coffee was served in paper cups instead of the ceramic ones used in every other Hilton Garden that we have stayed at. The other Hiltons also used table cloths and brought our coffee and drinks to us. Being served sets the Hilton apart from other hotels.

Very nice hotel in a good location with lots of food and gas options around. Very clean and in good condition. Biggest problem is that rooms facing the Eat and Park feel like they are part of the runway! When jets come in to land the light shine in the window and the noise rattles the room.

We waited 1.5 hours at the airport Saturday afternoon after requesting a pick up 2 times. Then the front desk just stopped answering the phone. We had to get a car rental to get out of the airport. We were put in a handicapped room. The bath seat had so much bacteria on it. I had to get out of the shower which had no shampoo. I have photos. I was repulsive. Shame on them. The health department should be contacted.
