Process needs work.
It was clean and friendly. Well located too. However we checked in at 8:30 pm and the next day someone walked into our room. The hotel's software didn't record that we had checked in and marked us as a no-show and they gave our room away. Glad we were in the room so we could deal with the person. It took a bit to sort out the mix up and we had pre-paid for the room so it wasn't about payment. They need to fix their system because this wasn't a great feeling.

We stayed after Billie Eilish concert and I found a hair in my breakfast,I have a picture but can’t upload here ,tried to let the front desk lady know and she didn’t seem to care about it or fix anything,didn’t even try to apologize,no big deal we went somewhere else for breakfast,during night time the front desk lady was very polite and professional,but not the morning one .

Great stay until the house keeper loudly knocked on door and tried to enter room before check out time. She then could not understand why she wasn’t allowed in room to clean and that we were not checking out until it was time to go. This was about an hour before check out time

Seems like a newer property so condition and cleanliness were excellent. Check-in was great. Only complaint- parking is an issue - limited parking in front or next to the hotel. If full, you need to park in the casino garage next door. It is accessible by a connecting enclosed walkway to the hotel,. Mostly irritating that it wasn't mentioned or explained at check-in.
